What better way to distract from your bad behavior?!

Jenelle Evans was arrested on April 23 for possession of heroin with intent to sell and simple assault on husband Courtland Rogers, and now that the Teen Mom star has been released on bail, she's apparently trying to fill her days with more normal activities!

"Time for a beach day, thank god!" she captioned the above snapshot, which shows her kneeling on her bedroom floor as she poses seductively in a lime green bikini. Holy stomach tats!

The North Carolina native must have taken her run-in with the law to heart, because she recently tweeted she's doing everything she can to stay on the right track.

"Eating healthy. My weight is back to normal. I take multivitamins daily and melatonin at night and I'm SOBER!" she posted to her account.

We've heard that before, Ms. Evans! Hopefully this time it's for good!

So much for a romantic meal out!

Benji Madden and his current flame Hedi Gores went to lunch in Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon, and rather than holding his hand and gazing lovingly into his eyes, the Pressed Juicery founder yapped away on her cell phone.

Despite seeming completely uninterested in her beau, Hedi and Benji were snapped sharing a passionate smooch in the middle of the sidewalk last week, so it looks like they're still going strong. Maybe she was on a business call?

Joel's tatted up twin brother split from girlfriend Eliza Doolittle last summer, and he was first spotted with Hedi late last year ... think they'll last?

The brunette beauty landed at #14 on last year's list, but her profile has risen along with her sex appeal, apparently!

This is her new home... at least for the next week!

Lindsay Lohan checked into Morningside Recovery Center in Newport Beach, California this morning to begin her court-ordered rehab stemming from her June 2012 car crash in Santa Monica, in which she pleaded no contest to lying to police and reckless driving.

"Morningside Recovery is dedicated to providing exceptional care, treatment and services for men and women who are chemically dependent or suffering from mental health or co-occurring disorders. We believe every client can recover and learn how to manage mental and emotional stability," the center's mission statement reads.

The facility separates men and women's living quarters, and Lilo will be housed in the Women's Lido Island Homes, which feature quiet bedrooms that open to communal areas for meditation, spiritual reflection, and peer support. According to the website, the home is located "on Lido Isle in the heart of Newport Beach, California. The three separate homes are on a quiet residential street directly across from the bay, with access to the historic Lido district, shopping, and the marina. All necessary amenities, including high speed-internet, are provided."

We're not sure this sounds like lockdown rehab!

In addition, the treatment center states that cell phones, laptop computers, and other electronics are approved once a staff member deems the usage appropriate.

We also know that they allow cigarette smoking, unlike the pre-approved Seafield Center in New York, which she was set to attend before settling on Morningside.

We can't wait to see if the judge approves this place...

Lindsay Lohan checked into Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach, California less than an hour ago and X17online has the first photo of her chauffeur-driven SUV outside the rehab center's intake office, while Lindsay was inside filling out paperwork.

Lohan's attorney Mark Heller appeared at the Airport courthouse just after 8:30am this morning to provide her proof of enrollment at a rehab facility, but since she decided to switch locations at the last minute, she may not get to stay there for the whole 90 days.

Lohan was supposed to check into the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, New York today, but after learning that she couldn't smoke at the facility, she hopped on a private plane and headed to California. A furious Santa Monica City Attorney Terry White said he found out about the switch yesterday and called Lohan and her legal team's actions "inappropriate," but Heller fired back and suggested that someone from the court had leaked confidential details of Lohan's deal to the media, which was another reason she wanted to switch facilities.

So what did Judge Jim Dabney have to say about all this? Much to everyone's surprise, he didn't make any mention of Lohan violating her plea deal or being thrown in jail! Instead, Dabney said that the documentation Heller provided seemed to agree with the parameters of her deal and he gave White until next Friday to determine whether this is an acceptable location.

"I don't have any problems with Lohan remaining in the program until we have this issue resolved," Dabney stated. "For now she will remain in the program and then we [will] decide if the program measures up to the requirements [and if it doesn't] then she'll have to move to a different program."

While Dabney seems fine with Lohan's proof of enrollment and the evidence Heller provided, White remarked that had already found three articles "condemning" the facility, so at this point the only thing keeping Lindsay from serving her whole 90-day sentence there is Mr. White. If White determines that the facility does not meet the requirements he initially agreed on, the parties will set a hearing date later this month and Lohan will be moved to another location. Lohan's proof of completion date set for July 31, and as long as she is in compliance, she does not have to be present at that hearing.

But for now ... she's "ensconced" in the center (Heller's words), unpacking her "270 looks" for her three-month stay.

Lindsay Lohan was set to enroll in rehab today at the Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, New York, but apparently the 26-year-old actress changed her mind at the last minute and decided to fly to California on a private jet.

The Seafield Center doesn't allow patients to smoke at their facility, so according to TMZ, Lohan has elected to complete her court-mandated 90-day rehab sentence at Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach. However, the site reports that Lohan has violated the terms of her plea deal by not enrolling in a rehab center approved by prosecutors, and the judge could issue a bench warrant and reinstate Lohan's 90-day jail sentence ... YIKES!

Lohan's attorney Mark Heller just arrived at the Airport Courthouse in Los Angeles for her hearing, so we'll find out shortly whether Lilo will get to enroll at Morningside or be thrown behind bars.

This Southern belle is finally coming clean about her recent arrest!

Reese Witherspoon appeared on GMA this morning to promote her new movie Mud, and the actress spoke out about her April 19 arrest in Atlanta for disorderly conduct, which also resulted in husband Jim Toth getting arrested on suspicion of DUI.

According to reports, the Oscar winner repeatedly tried to get out of the car and ignored cops requests to stay in the vehicle, and at one point she even used the "Do you know my name?" trick.

"I saw [the cop] arresting my husband and I literally panicked. I told him I was pregnant. I'm not pregnant. I said all kinds of crazy things," the blonde beauty revealed on the morning show.

So what exactly happened before the arrest that fateful night?

"We went out to dinner in Atlanta and we had one too many glasses of wine. We thought we were fine to drive and we absolutely were not... We know better and we shouldn't have done that," she added.

And how did the couple tell daughter Ava and son Deacon about their run-in with the law?

"We have to say when you make a mistake you take responsibility, and we are taking responsibility and doing everything in our power to make it right," she explained.

At least she's taking responsibility for her actions, unlike so many other stars!
