Mason looks like he's loving daddy day with Scott Disick!

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star took his adorable son to lunch in Calabasas today, and since we normally see Kourt out with the little one, we're going to assume she's at home resting!

Speculation has been running wild the eldest Kardashian sister is due to give birth to her baby girl any day now, but the brunette beauty claims that's not the case! After comedienne Heather McDonald joked on Twitter that Mason's mommy has been pregnant longer than Jessica Simpson, the 33-year-old replied, "Lol, I'm not even due yet!"

Scott's lady love announced her pregnancy in November, and most people assumed that expectant mothers wait until the three month mark to share the happy news, which would put the birthdate somewhere in June. However, Kimmy K's sister was only nine weeks along when word got out, which would mean the arrival is expected mid-August.

At least Mr. Disick is picking up the slack with parenting duties... and pampering his baby mamma! "Surprise! @ScottDisick made me a treat of oreos and a glass of milk by my bed! Such a sweet surprise!" Kourt posted on Twitter.

Jennifer Aniston is looking fit and fabulous on the cover of GQ Spain's July/August issue.

The 43-year-old actress, who just returned from a tropical getaway with her beau Justin Theroux, opens up about how it feels "being over the hill." Jen tells the mag, "I'll tell you when I think the 40's are great."

Aniston is currently working on two projects ... We're The Millers opposite Jason Sudeikis and Miss You Already co-starring Toni Collette.

Will we ever see Ms. Aniston in a period-type piece? She adds, "I have no desire to make a Shakespearean film. I want action!"

The 30-year-old looks tanned and toned in the shot, embracing little Jayden while Sean laughs in the foreground. Our beloved Brit Brit is the picture of health and happiness, and we couldn't be more thrilled for her!

Tom Cruise’s lawyer has confirmed that the 50-year-old actor will file his own divorce papers to counter the ones Katie Holmes filed last week in New York.

Cruise's attorney Bert Fields told BBC:

“We are letting 'the other side' [Holmes and her legal team], play the media until they wear everyone out. Then we’ll have something to say. It's not Tom's style to do this publicly. He is really sad about what's happening."

Holmes hasn't exactly been dragging Cruise's name through the mud, but she did state in her divorce papers that she doesn’t want Suri raised as a Scientologist, which was one of the many things the couple reportedly fought about during their five year marriage.

Holmes is seeking sole custody of the couple's six-year-old daughter, and it's not yet known what she might be seeking as far as spousal support. Fields added that “tactically we can’t say where Tom will file a divorce case and if he’ll be seeking joint custody of Suri." Stay tuned...

Catherine's hubby is returning to the big screen in the star-studded drama Last Vegas. The film co-stars Morgan Freeman, Robert De Niro and Christopher Walken, and is centered on aging retirees that throw a bachelor party in Las Vegas for the only one of them who has remained single.
