Meanwhile her new boytoy Casper Smart, who "centers everything on Jennifer," according to People mag, was busy chatting away with Lopez's fellow judge Randy Jackson.

While the two have only been an item for six months, Smart has reportedly shacked up at the singer's Hidden Hills mansion, which she also shares with her 4-year-old twins Max and Emme.

Matthew Fox was charged Wednesday with two misdemeanors, driving under the influence and driving without a license, after he was pulled over and arrested last week at around 2:30 a.m. in his home state of Oregon.

The Lost star was stopped on May 4 for failing to drive within a lane and failing to use his turn signal, and the officer who stopped him determined that the star was driving under the influence, according to the Bend, Ore., Police Department.

The 45-year-old actor was taken into custody at the Deschutes County Adult Jail, and was released later that day.

Fox's arraignment is set for June 7.

The 25-year-old actress was snapped heading back to her New York City hotel at 4pm today, and not only did she spend the night at Samantha Ronson's place, but it seems like the recently reunited lovebirds spent all day together too!

The ladies partied it up at Cabin Down Below, and this is the second time in the past week that we've caught them together! But what will happen when they both come back to Los Angeles? Kim Kardashian made an appearance in Toronto today to promote her Belle Noelle jewelry line, and while we figured she would fly out to New York immediately afterwards to see boyfriend Kanye West, it looks like he beat her to it!

X17online can report exclusively that the rapper flew out to meet Kim in Canada, and he even accompanied her to her in-store appearance at The Bay this afternoon! A source at the event tells X17online exclusively that the duo snuck out the back of the department store when she was done with her promotional duties, and this would be the first time that Kanye has actually traveled somewhere to be with the reality TV starlet.

Kim is currently on her way back to Los Angeles, and we're not sure if Kanye is coming with her this time, but given how fast things are moving, we expect him out here very soon! Hey, rapping about marriage is one thing, but actually putting the effort into a relationship is a whole different level of dedication. Maybe these two really are destined to walk down the aisle sometime this year!

Janet Jackson has battled the bulge for years, but with the help of Nutrisystem, it looks like she's finally found a solution to keeping her weight under control. The 45-year-old singer/actress attended the Keszler Gallery event in NYC this evening, and she showed off her slimmed-down bod and of course, plenty of cleavage!

Janet signed on with the company last year, and since then stars like Mariah Carey and Jessica Simpson have also teamed up with weight-loss programs like Weight Watchers and Jenny Craig.

"When I'm down or really stressed, I eat because that's my comfort place," she told Us Weekly after she announced that she was working with Nutrisystem. "I've had a problem with my body image. So that's why it's really really important to get to where you really feel comfortable. You need to look at yourself and say, 'I like this, I feel good about this. I feel healthy, I feel strong, and this is where I want to be.'"

America's Got Talent judge Howard Stern is voicing his opinion on how he believes Britney Spears will do as a judge on The X Factor.

During a NYC press conference promoting AGT, Stern said he believes Britney "still thinks the earth is flat."

The shock jock, who admits to wanting to watch to "see what kind of train wreck she is," goes on to say:

"I think we're going to tune in to see her, to see if she can function through the thing. As far as any real criticism, I think Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid will do that ... I think Britney will sit there and eat a lollipop and wear a sexy outfit."

Spears closed the deal yesterday earning a reported $16 million to be a judge on the Fox show for one season.
