"I’m not necessarily happy being single. It’s not really that cool. It sucks but it is, what it is. Let me say this right, because I don’t want to make it seem like, my work is my everything. I do put a lot into my job. Most of my time if not all of it. It definitely affects my personal life. My personal life is pretty much non-existent. Which is not good, not for the long run. Not for me, not for “Her” (points to in-between her legs) It's not fun."

"I like men that are more aggressive but mysterious but I like a man to be very sure. I like them to be sure of them selves and know that you’re the man. The "S&M" singer added, "That’s why I stay on Twitter a lot. So I can conversate with my fans. Because I don’t get any booty calls."

Selena Gomez's alleged stalker, Thomas Broadnicki, 46, was freed from jail yesterday, but he's back in custody on a psychiatric hold due to growing concern that he may try to hurt the starlet.

Broadnicki was released after a judge dismissed the stalking case, claiming there was not enough evidence that he intended to harm the actress. However, mental health workers told authorities that Broadnicki had threatened to kill Gomez during a therapy session, so it seems as though the starlet does have reason to be concerned. Additionally, Gomez wrote in a sworn declaration that she is in "extreme fear" of Brodnicki.

A source tell E! News that Broadnicki is currently being evaluated to "determine whether he should continue to be confined at an undisclosed mental health facility." The state of California can legally hold him against his will for the next 72 hours while doctors examine him.

A civil restraining order requires Brodnicki to stay 100 yards away from Gomez, and a hearing is set for November 23 to determine whether the order will remain in place for the next three years.

Mel Gibson's baby mama Oksana Grigorieva is spending as much time as she can with daughter Lucia.

The brunette singer held on tight to her adorable little girl ... who rocked a red jacket and polka dot pants. What a cutie!

While she and Lucia have been hanging out, Oksana's ex boyfriend, Gibson, seems to be enjoying the dating life. The Braveheart actor was recently seen at Moonshadows Blue Lounge in Malibu with a hot blonde.

Demi Moore just announced that she was ending her 6-year marriage to Ashton Kutcher, and now the Two and a Half Men star has released his own statement on their split.

Ashton tweeted:

"I will forever cherish the time I spent with Demi. Marriage is one of the most difficult things in the world and unfortunately sometimes they fail. Love and Light, AK"

Though the two were trying fix their marriage after Ashton allegedly cheated on Demi, it seems like all the counseling and time spent at the Kabbalah Centre wasn't enough to save their relationship.
