It's times like these when Samantha Ronson probably wishes her ex-girlfriend Lindsay Lohan did not move right next door.

The celebrity DJ and her lady friend, Erin Foster, were trying to pull Sam's brand new Porsche into the garage without hitting the swarm of photographers surrounding her Venice Beach home, on Wednesday.

Sam's troubled ex posted $100,000 bail less than an hour after being handcuffed and jailed in an LA court for falling to complete her court-ordered community service.

Lohan must now complete 120 hours of service at the county morgue, which she will begin serving today.

Nicky Hilton was all business as she headed to a meeting in bright red pants, leopard print bag, black leather jacket and Louis Vuitton-covered iPad while in LA, on Wednesday.

The Hilton sisters have been spending quite a lot of time together recently with fellow heiresses Tamara and Petra Ecclestone, who have just relocated from London to Beverly Hills.

The girls have been spotted meeting up at hot Beverly Hills eateries Spago and Boa, splashing out loads of cash on shopping trips to Rodeo Drive, hitting up the hottest clubs and generally having a fabulous time being young and rich.

Today Lindsay Lohan appeared at the Airport Courthouse for a progress hearing, and Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lohan's probation after learning that she had been kicked out of her community service position at the Los Angeles Downtown Women's Center.

Lohan posted $100,000 bail and was set free, and though this seems like a slap on the wrist, the real punishment could come as early as November 2, when she is scheduled to have yet another court date with Judge Sautner. Lohan's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley argued that today's decision was premature, but it seems as though the starlet's apparent lack of compliance angered the judge, and if Lindsay doesn't have actual progress to report in two weeks, she could wind up back in the slammer.

We asked you guys to weigh in on the judge's ruling, and nearly 80% of you thought it was more than fair. But if Lindsay can get her life together before her next hearing, does she deserve to have her probation re-instated? Or has she already been given enough chances?

Here's your first look at 17-year-old Ali Lohan's first solo magazine shoot, and we have to say, Lindsay's little sister looks quite striking!

While Ali has received some negative press for her new look, Lindsay recently defended her and tweeted, "I love how haters pick on my sister yet every runway model is just as thin! My sister is gorgeous and I'm so proud of her and her career!!!!" Hey, she's got a point...

A bundled up Jessica Alba grabbed lunch with a friend in Brentwood on Wednesday, and the 30-year-old actress left her darling daughters Haven and Honor at home with daddy Cash Warren. The preggers starlet talked about everything from morning sickness to her boobs with the talk show host, and she practically had us on the floor with some of her jokes. Today Brenda Song was spotted arriving at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills for a meeting, and the Social Network starlet gave us a little peek at her engagement ring from fiance Trace Cyrus.

The couple announced the news on Friday when Trace tweeted, "I am very excited to say, last week I asked my girlfriend Brenda Song to marry me and she said YES! We are both very excited to be engaged!" So what does teen superstar Miley think about her brother's engagement? She wrote, "Can't wait for Brenda to be a Cyrus :) couldn't be more excited about my 'sister in law to be' yay :)" Aww, wonder if Miley will be the maid of honor? Who knows, but we can't wait to get another glimpse of Brenda's bling!

After a two-day break, Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial resumed Wednesday.

The prosecution called its final witness to the stand again: Dr. Steven Shafer (above, right), who was hired 20 years ago by the company that produces Propofol -- the drug that killed Michael Jackson -- to calibrate the correct dosage for the drugs. A recap:

• He said keeping records of patient care is critical. Murray did not. Shafer called this "unbelievable."



• He said the 15.5 liters of Propofol Murray bought for MJ's tour -- about four gallons worth -- was "an extraordinary amount" to use on one person.



• Shafer said Murray's lack of basic monitoring devices was a violation of care.



• Shafer described Murray's treatment of MJ as an "egregious" and "unconscionable" violation of care.



• Shafer said dosage of Propofol is crucial, and that it should only be done through a pump to avoid overdosing (Murray did not.)



• He said Murray "left the steering wheel" when he went to bathroom to relieve his bladder, leaving MJ alone and under the sedation of Propofol.

The defense will now have its chance to call its own witnesses to the stand.
