Scarlett Johannson is talking for the first time about nude photos of her that were leaked online a few weeks ago.

The pics, stolen from her phone by hackers in March, were taken down by media outlets after Johannson's attorney sent cease-and-desist letters.

Johannson tells CNN:

"Who doesn't want to protect their own privacy? Just because you're in the spotlight or just because you're an actor or make films or whatever doesn't mean you're not entitled to your own personal privacy ... If that is sieged in some way, it feels unjust. It feels wrong. ... You give a lot of yourself, and then finally you just have to kind of put your foot down and say, 'Oh wait, I'm taking it back.'"

The FBI is investigating the hacking. Additional stars, including Mila Kunis, were also victims.

On the first day of Conrad Murray's trial, opening statements are largely being devoted to talk of Propofol.

Defense attorney Ed Chernoff continued his opening statement after the court recessed for lunch, saying that the amount of Propofol is key.

"The amounts Dr. Murray gave were not capable of causing that death," Chernoff said.

In addition to that remark, the following was revealed during the trial:

-Chernoff also fought the prosecution's accusations of negligence and abandonment in its opening statement, saying that the amount of Propofol Murray gave Michael Jackson would have dissipated in his body by the time Murray left Jackson's side to use the restroom.

-The defense says that Murray gave Jackson Propofol after Jackson requested it so that he could sleep before a rehearsal. Then, said Chernoff, Murray stayed by Jackson's side to monitor him until he "felt comfortable." He then used the restroom.

-"In 10 minutes, no matter how much [Propofol] you give in an injection, there’s nothing left," Chernoff said. "When we talk about ‘abandonment’ in this case, that’s important to understand.”

He closed his opening statement with:

"This is an emotional case. We all have a vested interest in Michael Jackson. … The whole thing is tragic, but the evidence is not going to show that Dr. Murray did it. … Dr. Murray is an imperfect man, like all of us … But in this criminal court, we believe he is not guilty."

Rihanna was filming her latest music video in Northern Ireland on Monday when a farmer who was allowing her to use his field for the shoot says he "felt things were getting inappropriate."

The songstress was wearing a red, bikini-type outfit and apparently started taking off layers of clothing while filming.

"I requested them to stop and they did," DUP Alderman Alan Graham told the BBC. "I had my conversation with Rihanna and I hope she understands where I'm coming from. We shook hands."

Graham said he did not know who the 23-year-old pop star was when he got a phone call last week asking to use his grain field. "From my point of view, it was my land, I have an ethos and I felt it was inappropriate," he said. "I wish no ill will against Rihanna and her friends. Perhaps they could acquaint themselves with a greater God."

They've emerged!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt happily disappeared from the limelight after Heidi's many plastic surgeries, but the two were spotted by X17 photogs Monday afternoon.

The Hills stars tried to keep a low profile as they ran errands in Malibu, but we did notice one fishy thing -- Heidi kept trying to cover her stomach with her giant Louis Vuitton purse. Could she be hiding a baby bump?

It wouldn't be great timing for the two, considering that Spencer appears to be broke. Us Magazine is reporting that he calls his agents 30 times a day, but all they do is laugh and hang up on him. He also owes his agency "hundreds of thousands of dollars in commissions" from his earnings on the MTV reality series, according to the same source.

But Heidi has publicly made it clear that she's sticking by her hubby's side under any circumstance. "Thank you @spencerpratt for marrying me! I love you!" she Tweeted last week.

Nothing says manly man more than throwing up deuces while clutching onto a giant teddy bear. But we're going to forgive it this time, because the always loveable Mark Ballas is the one flashing the peace sign.

The Dancing with the Stars cast member was spotted clutching on to the stuffed animal while leaving Hyde nightclub in Los Angeles on Monday.

No one seemed to mind that Mark was holding on to the teddy ... especially not the gaggle of gals he left with!

Chuck Lorre addressed Charlie Sheen's meltdown (and subsequent firing from Two And A Half Men) earlier this year with "vanity cards" -- messages posted on screen at the end of the show's episodes.

Now, he's doing it again. It was officially announced Monday that Sheen and Warner Bros. had settled Sheen's lawsuit against the production company. Rumor has it Sheen will get $100 million in syndication profits over the next decade, with an immediate $25 million payout.

Maybe that news didn't make Lorre too happy. After Monday night's episode of the CBS show, now starring Ashton Kutcher, another ominous vanity card appeared:

"Sometime last year I realized I had become the unwilling contestant in a reality show. I didn’t understand the rules, wasn’t sure if there even were any, and pretty much hated every second of it. ... Somewhere along the way, something inside me died. ... please, let’s all move on. There’s just one problem. That thing inside me that died? It walks at night. It’s angry. It’s hungry. And worst of all…it’s writing a tell-all book."

In recent months, rumors have swirled that Sheen was shopping his own tell-all book.

Tareq Salahi is moving on romantically after splitting with wife Michaele. Looks like the former White House Crasher has found himself another blonde ... but with bigger curves.

The soon-to-be divorced Salahi, who filed divorce docs last week in Warren County, Virginia, showed up with his new buxom babe at Boa Steakhouse in Hollywood.

As for Michaele Salahi, she ran off with Journey's lead guitarist Neal Schon.

The Salahis became infamous back in 2009 when they crashed a White House state dinner for President Obama.

Jessica Simpson is expecting her first child with fiance Eric Johnson, according to In Touch Weekly.

A source tells the mag the 31-year-old singer is "already having kooky cravings!" A few of Jess' must-have pregnancy cravings ... nacho chips dipped in chocolate, cheese-flavored popcorn and non-alcoholic margaritas. The source adds it's a way for Jess to "satisfy her urge for salty and sweet."

Simpson and Johnson are expected to tie the knot in November. Since her baby bump will be visible by the wedding date, the source tells In Touch she "might have to take out her dress a bit."

In Touch claims Simpson is due next spring.
