We spotted Justin Theroux cruising through NYC on his motorcycle looking ultra sexy in a black leather jacket, ripped jeans and combat boots Wednesday.

The Wanderlust actor used to call New York home, but quickly moved to LA this year after falling for Aniston.

The pop superstar announced her pregnancy early this month, but the busy businesswoman didn't skip London Fashion Week, where she debuted her House of Deréon clothing line.

Mrs. Jay-Z gushed to reporters while doing publicity for her the line she designs with her mother: “I am having so much fun, it has been the most fun time now that it has been announced. It was really difficult to conceal, but now ... I can be proud and excited about it, I’m having so much fun shopping — it’s great!”.

What murder trial?

Considering he's about to face manslaughter charges for the death of Michael Jackson, Dr. Conrad Murray looked surprisingly calm as he strolled through Santa Monica with his family on Wednesday.

But the doctor, who allegedly gave the King of Pop a lethal injection of Propofol on the day he died, may not have to worry about jail when the case goes to trial next week. If Murray is convicted of INvoluntary manslaughter, he could avoid state prison all together.

It's up to Judge Michael Pastor to decide whether Murray should be sentenced to probation, or serve his time (four years max) in a Los Angeles County jail.

Jury selection resumes on Friday and opening statements begin Sept. 27.

Now that Dancing With the Stars kissed its first celeb contestant, Ron "Metta World Peace" Artest, goodbye this week, the pressure is on!

But one contestant's family is all hot and bothered about this week's results show. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian were furious that Elisabetta Canalis was safe from elimination while their little bro Rob, got stuck in the bottom three. And the girls took to Twitter to vent.

"There is NO way Rob Kardashian was trending worldwide last night and in the bottom 3. Impossible!. HOW IS ELISABETTA SAFE?!??! HOW?! Seriously!!!", Kourtney Tweeted. While Kim added, "This just can't be! Rob in the bottom three is impossible! He did soooo good!"

And when one follower Tweeted to Khloe, "Shouldn't [Elisabetta] be in the bottom 3, [not Rob]?" She replied: "Shows are rigged all the time."

Ashlety Tisdale decided to go for a spin around her Toluca Lake neighborhood Tuesday, but she forgot to do one very important thing -- check her bicycle for flat tires!

The former High School Musical star leisurely rode through town on the bright pink bike, but her back tire had no air in it. She couldn't have gone far with that flat!

On the plus side, The Tiz looked adorable in a rocker tee, distressed cut-off shorts and bedazzled pale pink flats that matched her bike perfectly.

Stacy Keibler opened up to People about her relationship with George. She tells the mag that the two are "living in the moment."

The two have been dating since early August. George split with his girlfriend of two years, Elisabetta Canalis, in June, after she gave an interview to an Italian magazine about her desire to get married.
