True Blood hottie Alexander Skarsgard was on the set of What Maisie Knew Friday in New York City.

The film centers on Maisie, a 7-year-old girl caught in the middle of a custody battle between her aging rock star mom [Julianne Moore] and her art dealer dad [Steve Coogan]. Skarsgard plays Lincoln, Moore's second husband and step-father to Maisie.

That would make Moore a super-cougar in this film, and we can't wait to see this pairing. The just-turned-35 Skarsgard hooking up with the 50-year-old Moore promises to be hot!




The lovely LeAnn Rimes celebrated her 29th birthday Friday night (two days early) at the Red O Mexican restaurant in LA.

The bronze beauty was surrounded by friends, though hubby Eddie Cibrian was stuck working in Chicago.

A source inside the restaurant tells X17 the group chowed down on ceviche, steak salads, and dulce de leche crepes for dessert. "LeAnn looked gorgeous and she was having such a good time with her friends, but she wrapped up the night pretty early to get home to the boys [Eddie's two sons]."

The "bonus mom" takes her job seriously. And we're guessing she and Eddie will celebrate together at a later date ... birthday bashes for a full week -- why not!

The Amazing Spider-Man co-stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone, were pulled over by the LAPD in the early hours of Saturday morning for "driving erratically," a source tells us.

The real-life boyfriend and girlfriend (who dined out together at Nobu Malibu Thursday night) were stopped around 2am in West Hollywood, questioned by police, and released without a citation. A friend was behind the wheel.

The Proposal stars Ryan Reynolds and Sandra Bullock are teaming up for another project together but this time on the small screen. The two will voice lead characters in the new animated Fox series called Then There Was Gordon, Deadline reports.

Ryan recently launched a TV production company called DarkFire with partner Allan Loeb and the two will co-write the script. Bullock is in talks to join as executive producer and a lead cast member. It will be Reynold's first writing effort.

The show centers on an ordinary child surrounded by his prodigy siblings and a brilliant, neurotic mother -- who would be played by Bullock.

In addition to getting together for this project, Bullock and Reynolds are also attached to star together in the upcoming feature film Most Wanted.
