Aah, Hollywood nepotism at its finest!

Well, almost.

Despite rumors, Kristen Stewart will not star in her mom's directorial debut, K-11.

The original whispers weren't completely unfounded - Kristen had once been in talks to play a transsexual inmate in Jules Stewart's movie. Now word is that The Twilight Saga star has dropped out of the film entirely, though in reality, she hadn't been involved in the movie for quite some time. A source close to Kristen told E!:

"Someone's been spreading rumors, per usual. She was connected to it forever ago, before it was even financed, back when it was more of an idea."

Aside from the Kristen rumors, the film has gone through its share of troubles already. It reportedly began pre-production back in late 2008. Then after discussing her role in the movie for nearly two years, Kristen's Twilight costar Nikki Reed backed out in April 2010.

All seems to be looking up, however, as K-11 finally began production this week in and around Los Angeles. The movie is about successful record producer Raymond Saxx (Goran Visnjic), who ends up in the Los Angeles County lock-up after a three-day drug binge. He wakes up under the watchful eye of Butterfly, a transgender young man who explains to him that "K-11" is the unit where people get sent if they'd be in danger in the main population, and just a hazy recollection of why he's in jail to begin with. Ray soon goes on a nightmarish journey of survival as he tries to navigate K-11.

Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem took their rarely seen son Leo on a Spanish holiday to spend time with Cruz's brother, Eduardo and his girlfriend -- who is, of course, Eva Longoria. They're vacationing in Roses, Costa Brava.

The group had a mountain-side lunch on a beautiful spread, and Eva, 36, couldn't keep her hands off of her younger man, Eduardo, 25 -- see the pics in our gallery below!

Little Leonardo was born at the end of January to Bardem, 42, and Cruz, 37. The couple began dating in 2007 and married in secret in July 2010. Leo is the pair's first and only child.

Jessica Alba looked glowing and gorgeous while stopping by The Tonight Show to chat with Jay Leno about her baby bump, her upcoming movie Spy Kids 4 and how she disciplines 3-year-old daughter Honor Marie Warren. Yes, the stunning starlet is the disciplinarian!

Although Leno pressed Ms. Alba to reveal the sex of her baby, she stayed tight-lipped, however X17online exclusively reported earlier this week that the 30-year-old actress is having another girl. She's due this September.

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver's son Christopher, 13, has been released from UCLA's medical center.

Shriver Tweeted on Tuesday:

"Blessed to be able to take Christopher out of the hospital last night. What a feeling of relief to know that he's going to be fine."

Dad Arnold took to Twitter after his estranged wife, saying:

"I knew Christopher couldn't be stopped! Big thanks to all the doctors, nurses & staff at UCLA that helped him recover."

Christopher had been hospitalized for more than a week after suffering a collapsed lung and broken bones, the result of a surfing accident.

Shriver made the 911 call after her son's accident. Christopher was initially in the ICU, but he moved towards recovery while getting visits from dad Arnold, older brother Patrick and sister Christina. Shriver reportedly never left his side.

Mumford & Sons (right)

Carey Mulligan is reportedly engaged to Marcus Mumford (the Mumford in Grammy-nominated band Mumford & Sons) after only five months of dating.

The couple was first spotted together in February. According to The Sun, Mumford, 24, popped the question to Mulligan, 26, during the couple's weekend stay in Somerset, England.

Though Mumford and his band sing American-inspired folk music, he is British (as is Mulligan.) The group gained popularity as part of the recent folk movement in West London.

Sparks flew between the two when Mumford invited Mulligan to one of his Nashville concerts earlier this year. Mulligan then spent time with the band on their 2011 U.S. Railroad Revival tour (for which they traveled in a vintage train as opposed to a tour bus -- edgy.)

Oscar-nominated Mulligan split from Shia LaBeouf, 24, her boyfriend of more than a year, in October (left). She was then linked to several actors, including Tom Sturridge. Mumford also broke up from a long-time love, singer Laura Marling, earlier this year.

Justin Bieber, 17, celebrated girlfriend Selena Gomez's 19th birthday on Friday, and now we've got the details of their day ... plus one super-cute snapshot!

Bieber took the picture above on Selena's special day and posted it to his Instagram account with the caption, "Happy Birthday baby." Aw!

That day he Tweeted, "Happy Birthday @SelenaGomez gonna be a special day." And it was! The two spent the day at the happiest place on Earth -- Disneyland -- appropriate since Selena got her start on Disney!

The couple browsed Disney's stores, where Justin treated Selena to an array of items, then played for hours in the park itself.

After that, Justin spent the weekend by Selena's side, including making a surprise appearance at her Sunday night concert (though we thought his song choice was a little awkward.)

Jesse James and Kat Von D enjoyed one last dinner date together on Sunday night before calling it quits.

The tatted-up twosome were at The Counter on Ventura Blvd just after 9pm.

An X17 reporter inside the restaurant witnessed Jesse and Kat deep in conversation. Our reporter adds:

"They were really serious and Kat was doing most of the talking. It looked as if Jesse knew what was coming and this was just the moment they made the decision official between the two of them, that they'd call off their marriage."

The LA burger joint was extremely crowded, and the two seemed bothered by it. After ordering only milkshakes, they left ten minutes later in Kat's Bentley.
