Arnold Schwarzenegger visited his son Christopher in the hospital yesterday after his youngest child (with Maria) suffered a collapsed lung and broken ribs from a boogie boarding accident in Malibu last weekend. Son Patrick and daughter Christina were also there to support their brother.

Christopher, 13, was initially in the intensive care unit but has since been moved to the regular recovery ward where he is expected to recover fully in the coming weeks.

Mom Maria Shriver made the 911 call in a calm and collected manner, correctly guessing her son's injuries when explaining to the operator what had happened. She has been seen in and out of the hospital the past few days as well, supporting her son.

Arnold and his son Patrick left the UCLA Children's Hospital together in the former governor's customized convertible Bentley.

Kim Kardashian filed suit this week against discount clothing chain Old Navy for using "unauthorized use" of the reality star's "likeness, identity and persona."

Well, the look alike in the commercials is actress Melissa Molinaro who, coincidentally, is dating Kim's ex, NFL player Reggie Bush. X17 caught up with the doppelganger at LAX Friday and despite the videographer's best efforts to butter her up with complements, the actress had "no comment" on the lawsuit, but she DID talk about some other stuff ... check it out!

Amy Winehouse, 27, was found dead in her London apartment today, the BBC has confirmed.

A press release from the Metropolitan Police, which doesn't name Winehouse, reads:

"Police were called by London Ambulance Service to an address in Camden Square NW1 shortly before 16.05hrs today, Saturday 23 July, following reports of a woman found deceased.

On arrival officers found the body of a 27-year-old female who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Enquiries continue into the circumstances of the death. At this early stage it is being treated as unexplained."

Last month, the Rehab singer cancelled her entire European tour after a meltdown on-stage in Serbia. Winehouse had a long history of substance abuse. In 2007 she was hospitalized for a reported overdose of heroin, cocaine, ketamine and alcohol.

Winehouse tried rehab in May at England's Priory Clinic. The five-time Grammy winner is survived by her parents, Mitchell and Janis; by her older brother Alex; and by her ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

UPDATES: Amy's record label released the following statement: "We are deeply saddened at the sudden loss of such a gifted musician, artist and performer. Our prayers go out to Amy's family, friends and fans at this difficult time."

Winehouse pal Kelly Osbourne Tweeted: "I can't even breath right my now. I'm crying so hard,. I just lost one of my best friends. I love you forever Amy and will never forget the real you!"

The super singer really let loose -- a source tells us Carey ordered a bottle of Perrier Jouet to the bathroom, as her security guards kept watch outside the door!

The source tells X17online.com exclusively, "Mariah was extremely friendly and courteous with everyone. She posed for hundreds of pictures with everyone and she danced and had a good time."

Mariah arrived around 11:30 pm and stayed until 2:30 am, shutting down the club.

The actor/tech leader/entrepreneur is not only prepping to take the lead one Two and a Half Men, he recently invested in German start-up "Amen."

Not much is known about the mysterious company other than what appears on the corporate website -- a statement that reads: "This is the Best Place for Having an Opinion in the World. Amen."

Kutcher brought pal Guy Oseary into the deal as well -- he just happens to be Madonna's manager. Together, they visited the company's Berlin headquarters and met with the company bosses who are culled together from Nokia and Twitter.

Hmmm ... could Ashton be investing in the first major competitor to Twitter, the company he helped build with his incessant posts and live broadcast race to get a million followers?
