It may be a difficult summer for the Grammer family.

Camille and Kelsey are having trouble agreeing to a summer custody deal for their two children, Mason, 9 and Jude, 6.

The NYC-based Frasier star filed for primary custody of the kids less than a month ago, and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star just filed her own petition with the same request as her ex-hubby.

In Camille's filings, she stated Kelsey acted in "bad faith" and his petition was executed in order to create "a false impression to the media and to wrongfully disparage" the reality star.

But apparently, the ex Mrs. Grammer has a good reason for keeping the kids in LA; Mason has a month-long camp in the city, and Jude has repeated kindergarten twice, and needs to complete a math class in the state of CA so he can move up to the 1st grade.

Kelsey is asking for sole physical custody of his kids, for at least one full month this summer.

Arnold Schwarzenegger lunched with his 17-year-old son Patrick today at Umami Burger in Santa Monica. The two have been pretty tight since Arnie's lovechild scandal broke two weeks ago, despite Patrick having some doubts about his dad.

Patrick Tweeted on May 17: "some days you feel like sh*t, some days you want to quit and just be normal for a bit, yet i love my family till death do us apart."

And then the prodigal son spent time with his Terminator dad in Malibu over Memorial Day weekend. He posted on his Twitter account May 28: "Waking up to a beautiful day. Nothing could be better than going to hit up the Malibu house!! Lego!"

And it was Patrick himself who tipped us off to his lunch plans with dad today ... again, on Twitter: "bout to grab an unami burger which is the best! Going with a few of the CHP officers that worked with my fam for last 7 years. Cant wait!"

Apparently the reunion was a happy one, as the Governator yucked it up with his CHP pals over lunch.

After working her butt off at the gym this morning and not wearing her ring, Kim Kardashian hit up Shades salon in Beverly Hills for a trim and blowout. As always, Kris Humphries fiancee looked absolutely perfect as she strutted her sexy stuff wearing Christian Louboutins, of course.

We couldn't help but notice Kim's massive sparkler. That 20.5 carat Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring must way a ton!

Tori Spelling seems like the kind of women who never slows down. Even while pregnant with her third child, the platinum blonde starlet always seems to have a spring in her step.

The former 90210 actress kept busy while running errands in Los Angeles wearing a long floral dress and brown strappy wedges. Love her pregnancy style!

Just yesterday, we snapped Ms. Spelling fresh from the salon. Looks like her hairstylist is a cut above the rest!

After Pink started a Twitter scandal over Selena Gomez's new music video featuring horses with dyed pink hair, pink ponies have now been CUT from the young singer's clip for "Love You Like a Love Song."

Selena's music video was being shot at Leo-Carillo State Beach in Malibu two weeks ago when Pink, a resident of the beachside town, saw the set and Tweeted, "If there are any animal activists around Malibu-at Leo Cabrillo State Beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Artists should be more aware and responsible for their actions."

The Tweet started a firestorm of controversy online, with PETA, Gomez fans and others speaking out against what some called animal cruelty.

Now, an insider on Gomez's production tells E! News, "When Selena was presented the idea for the video, no one informed her the horses would be painted and she had assumed they would be colored in post-production [via special effects]," a production insider tells us. "When she showed up to the set she was very surprised to see them painted."

As a result, the pink horses will no longer be featured in the final cut of the music video, according to the report.

Ashton Kutcher has a lot to celebrate ... he's married to the gorgeous Demi Moore, he's incredibly sexy and he's about to start his new gig with Two and A Half Men. And when we say Ashton seems to have let his hair down ... we're not kidding!

Good thing Ashton's not feeling too much pressure to make the CBS show a success next season. Seems as though CEO Les Moonves has complete faith in Kutcher's ability to make Season 9 a hit. At a media conference this morning, Moonves says he expects "huge numbers" from Two and a Half Men.

Jessica Biel's ex, Justin Timberlake, said in an interview for Vanity Fair's July issue, that his former girlfriend is still "the most significant person in [his] life," despite the fact the pair split in March. Looks like that line put a smile on Jess' face!
