After a two hour custody hearing with Charlie Sheen, Brooke Mueller left the courtroom victorious when the judge ruled the couple's current custody agreement -- which gives Brooke primary custody -- remains in place.

Although Brooke declined to comment on today's hearing, a source tells X17online exclusively:

"Brooke is ecstatic about winning in court today. She knows she's the best parent out of the two and she doesn't want Charlie seeing the kids more than is absolutely required by law. She honestly feels she and her family can do the best job raising the two boys."

Brooke's mother and aunt have been instrumental in caring for Brooke and Charlie's twin sons Max and Bob, 2, the source tells us. While Brooke has been busy shooting Paris Hilton's new reality show, The World According to Paris, and doing out-patient therapy at an LA-area sober house, her mom and aunt have moved in and taken control of helping with the kids.

During today's hearing, Judge Hank Goldberg removed the media from the courtroom because "it was in the best interest of the children" due to "questions of abuse and other inflammatory and emotional issues."

The Two and a Half Men star petitioned for sole custody of the boys after he claimed Mueller had relapsed and was doing drugs again. Our source adds;

"After Charlie made those accusations, Brooke knew she'd be forced to get tough in court. This is exactly what she had hoped would happen."

They haven't even been engaged for four months, but apparently lovebirds LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian are set to tie the knot Saturday, April 23rd in an intimate ceremony!

The two will walk down the aisle, each for the second time, reports In Touch, after having dated since meeting on the set of their Lifetime film, Northern Lights in 2008, when both were married to other people.

Beyonce has released a new single off her new, as-yet untitled album, "Girls (Who Run The World)."

The new song samples producer Diplo and Switch's song "Pon de Floor," and features a pounding beat as Beyonce sings, "Some of them men think they freak this like we do/ But no they don't/ Make your cheque come at they neck/ Disrespect us no they won't."

The music video's director (see stills from the shoot below) says, “It’ll be big, it’ll probably be one of the bigger Beyonce music videos ever done. And, I can say that I think the song is unbelievable.”

Judge Hank Goldberg has ruled that the custody agreement between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller will remain the same, and Sheen's attempt to win sole custody of 2-year-old twins Bob and Max was "shut down," according to TMZ.

Sheen and his ex-wife will keep the custody deal that was originally drafted up in their March 10 settlement, which has Mueller spending significantly more time with their young sons. Sheen gets the boys every other weekend from Saturday morning until Sunday evening for the first two months, and for the following two months, he will have his boys every other weekend from Saturday morning through Monday morning. After that (provided that both Sheen and Mueller stay drug and alcohol free), the Two And A Half Men star gets the twins every other weekend Saturday through Monday morning, as well as Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.

In other Sheen legal news, while the media was kicked out of today's custody hearing, the judge overseeing Sheen's $100 million lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Two and a Half Men co-creator Chuck Lorre is allowing reporters and cameras to cover the proceedings. Judge Allan Goodman said he would allow a single video camera to be present during the case, despite protests from Warner Bros. and Lorre.

“I wanted to create a beautiful, tranquil, cozy environment for the babies,” Mariah told
Life & Style. “Everything matches, but pieces are individualized to celebrate the twins as separate entities.”

The cloudscape ceiling of her L.A. nursery was designed around some of Mariah's music. “The ceiling has orangey-pink clouds in a blue sky with golden stars twinkling. It’s based on two songs I wrote that are fan favorites: ‘Underneath the Stars’ and ‘Close My Eyes,’” she says.

As for the challenges of raising two privileged little kids, Mariah says, “It’s going to be a delicate balance between raising them around glitz and glamour and keeping them grounded. One thing I’m sure of is that I’ll be grateful for the twins every day, no matter what.”

Last night Kathy Hilton dined at BOA in West Hollywood, and she was super sweet to photogs as she waited at the valet for her car. Kathy recently did an interview with Paris to promote her new Oxygen show The World According To Paris, and mama Hilton reveals that she's learned a thing or two from her daughter!

"I’ve learned that all of us in life go through the bumps in the road as I’ve mentioned before and that you are persistent and you keep on keep on keeping on and you learn from those mistakes," she says. "I appreciate that and I like that she would pick herself up by the bootstraps and say, 'I want to make this better,' or 'I want to move forward.' I love that. I think that’s what I most admire."

Demi Lovato says the issues that eventually led her to seek treatment started as a child.

During her first interview since leaving rehab, Demi tells ABC's Robin Roberts that "I was compulsively overeating when I was eight years old. So, I guess, for the past 10 years I've had a really unhealthy relationship with food."

Lovato also revealed that she's been a cutter since age 11. "It was a way of expressing my own shame, of myself, on my own body," she said in the interview. "I was matching the inside to the outside. And there were some times where my emotions were just so built up, I didn't know what to do. The only way that I could get instant gratification was through an immediate release on myself."

Demi also says she takes "full responsibility" for striking backup dancer Alex Welch. "I feel horrible," Lovato says. "[She] was my friend."
