Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen are currently in a Los Angeles courtroom to discuss custody of their twin sons, Max and Bob.

An X17 reporter at the courthouse tells us Judge Hank Goldberg has asked members of the media to leave the courtroom due to "questions of abuse" that have arisen in the custody case.

Details of the abuse allegation have not been revealed to the public, however the judge did say he'd be discussing the matter with Brooke and Charlie behind closed doors.

Both Charlie and Brooke are seeking sole custody of the boys.

UPDATE 10:50 AM: Sheen has left the courtroom, presumably to head to his next stop on his Violent Torpedo of Truth tour.

Scarlett Johansson is certainly a natural beauty, but after looking at this new make-up campaign for Dolce & Gabbana, looks as though the 26-year-old actress had a little help from the airbrushing tool!

Johansson, who's currently dating actor Sean Penn, was recently seen jogging with a bit of a tummy. After pregnancy rumors began swirling, her rep issued a statement that Scarlett "is in the best shape of her life."

Brooke Mueller and ex Charlie Sheen are in court today to settle their custody issues involving sons Max and Bob.

X17online can exclusively report that Brooke arrived first to the courthouse.

Mueller has remained committed to her rehabilitation program, however she is sticking to her guns when it comes to drug tests.

According to various online reports, Charlie Sheen's ex is refusing to be tested unless Sheen is tested, as well. Reports also claim Mueller believes Sheen has been violating their agreement from day one by discussing their marriage and custody issues in public. Contrary to reports Mueller has been living a reckless lifestyle, sources close to the mother of two say she's been caring for the boys and providing a stable environment for them.

In court today, the judge will reportedly be addressing the drug testing situation in addition to custody issues.

UPDATE 8:30 AM: Charlie has arrived.

Ex-American Idol judge Kara DioGuardi reveals a harrowing past that includes not only sexual abuse she suffered as a child, but a date-rape incident she experienced as an adult in her new memoir, Helluva High Note.

DioGuardi writes of her childhood nightmare at age 11, "On one particular day, he took me into the the back shed of his house and put his hands all over my [body]. I remember freezing and not knowing what to do."

And then in 2000, the songwriter found herself in an unwanted position with a powerful producer who forced himself on her after dinner.

"[W]ithin a few hours, he was on top of me, pumping, sweating, and speaking to me in Spanish, not a word of which I could understand," she remembers.

But now Kara is happily married, and although no longer on Idol, she's about to launch a new series, Platinum Hit, debuting May 30th on Bravo.

60-year-old Kirstie Alley has had her share of mishaps on the DTWS dance floor -- a fall followed by a shoe malfunction -- so last night she brought in a "dance doctor" to help with her foxtrot: BFF John Travolta!

Travolta visited Kirstie and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy to give them advice, like wearing gym shoes instead of Mahnolos and fixing the "sexual tension" between them. Unfortch, Tony Manero's appearance didn't elevate her performance that much.

Alley scored a 23 out of 30, one point better than she did last week, to put her at the middle of the pack.

After the show, Kirstie headed out to The Colony where she took over the DJ decks in her debut as "DJ Lil Buttercup"!

Yesterday Britney Spears arrived at the dance studio in North Hollywood to rehearse for her upcoming Femme Fatale tour, and the pop princess still has plenty of time to perfect her moves before the 8-week concert series kicks off on June 17. Last week Britney tweeted, "First day of tour rehearsals for my Femme Fatale tour. Feeling it! Tour's gonna be hot. I'm excited people..."

Lady Gaga graces the cover of NME, and the pop superstar strikes a provocative pose in a see-through bodysuit with only a zipper covering her lady bits.

Gaga tells the magazine that despite her fame and popularity, people still don't "get" her. Gaga said, "Let me tell you something. If you f****** rip my hairbow and my wig off my f****** head, my shoes, my bra, every single thing on my body, and you throw me on a piano with a microphone, I will f****** make you cry."

"I feel I have been probed endlessly about who the f*** I am," she continues. "I have been quite open about it. And still nobody seems to have a clue. I'm not going to start churning out what you expect. If you're looking for me to be something that isn't there, STOP LOOKING. I am not that. I am not created. If you want me to be a manufactured act, you can f*** off."
