Kate Hudson has reportedly purchased a $6.5 million home in North London, where she plans to live with her boyfriend, Muse frontman Matt Bellamy.

In January the couple announced that they were expecting their first child together, and the new house features a nursery, a game room and plenty of guest bedrooms. Kate will move in when renovations are complete, and it seems like she's also going to hang on to her pad in Pacific Palisades.

"Kate is ready to put down roots in the UK. She is in the process of filling out visa forms that will enable her to live in England with Matt for at least six months of the year," a source tells The Daily Mail. "Kate looks at the UK as a great place to raise a family. She sees herself living and working from London for the long haul."

John Galliano has been fired as head designer from Dior after Natalie Portman, who is the face of Miss Dior Cherie perfume, released a statement saying she was "shocked" and disgusted" by his anti-semitic rants.

Galliano faces jail time after three people have come forward accusing him of racial abuse and faces charges for defamation, injury, and menace.

The fashion designer was arrested last Thursday for verbally assaulting Philippe Virgiti and Geraldine Bloch at La Perle cafe in Paris, but another woman later came forward with a damaging video in which Galliano can be heard saying:

"I love Hitler. People like you would be dead today. Your mothers, your forefathers, would be ... gassed and ... dead."

The day after Natalie won a Best Actress Oscar for her work in Black Swan, Portman released the following statement:

“In light of this video, and as an individual who is proud to be Jewish, I will not be associated with Mr. Galliano in any way. I hope at the very least, these terrible comments remind us to reflect and act upon combating these still-existing prejudices that are the opposite of all that is beautiful."

If convicted for insult, Galliano could face up to a year in prison and a fine of 22,500 euros (about $31,000), and if he's convicted of defamation, he faces a year in prison and a fine of 45,000 euros (about $62,000).

The West Hollywood Sheriff's Department says singer Christina Aguilera is no longer in custody at the WeHo station after she and boyfriend Matthew Rutler were arrested at 2:45am during a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Clark Street.

Rutler, however, is still in custody and his bail has been downgraded from $30,000 to $5,000.

A sheriff's spokesperson tells X17online:

"Christina wasn't kept in custody because she did not commit a crime. She was basically held for welfare purposes which basically means for her own safety."

According to the Sheriff's Department, Rutler was found to be under the influence and arrested on the spot. Aguilera was a passenger in the car.

During a press conference, Steve Whitmore addressed Aguilera's condition. He says:

"She was not capable of taking care of herself. She was not belligerent."

Whitmore says Xtina was booked, fingerprinted, and put in a cell until "her head clears." He says the singer was released at 7:30am.

As for Rutler, he was pulled over initially for "driving eratically." Whitmore says Rutler's mugshot will be released soon. However Aguilera's won't be released because in her case, "there was no intent to commit a crime."

After Justin Timberlake went to the Oscars with his mom instead of girlfriend Jessica Biel, everyone began to speculate that the couple had split. Of course, the two partied together at the Vanity Fair post-Oscar bash on Sunday night, but apparently they felt the need to show us yet again that everything Justica is just fine!

Lindsay Lohan is opening up to Extra about her plans to get back to work, and the 24-year-old starlet has realized that she's a risk to have on set. Lilo admits:

”I need to prove that I can be insurable again, because I don’t think I am right now.”

As for her rough road ahead to a clean and sober lifestyle, Lohan adds:

"I’m focusing on the one thing I need to put first in my life, which is my recovery and stuff. I’m doing good and that’s most important for me.”

X17online first reported exclusively that Lilo is in negotiations to star opposite Chris Zylka in the upcoming thriller Escaping the Game ... a flick about celebrities faking their own death and moving to a remote island.

Aside from her career, Lindsay is expected back in court on March 10. Just last week, Lilo pleaded not guilty to grand theft charges after being accused of stealing a $2500 necklace from a Venice jewelry story. The starlet is expected to not strike a plea deal, and instead go to trial to fight the charges.

Kirstie Alley, who was just announced last night as one of the 11 castmembers for the new season of Dancing With the Stars, arrived at STK to party with the rest of the ballroomers totally barefoot!

Someone should tell Alley, who should expect to lose more weight dancing on the show than she did with Jenny Craig, that not only will she have to wear shoes in the ballroom, but most likely she'll have to wear heels!

Alley was joined by season 12 pros like Mark Ballas, Chelsea Hightower and Lacey Schwimmer, and of course, by fellow competitor, Kendra Wilkinson, who showed off her ballroom assets:

Charlie Sheen chatted with the Today Show again this morning, and the actor insists that he's clean and sober and totally fine. Charlie says, "I'm laughing, I'm laughing with the goddesses ... We're shaking the trees. We're shaking all the trees!"

Sheen added, "I'm 45 years old and I'm not interested in people treating me like a 12-year-old." Even his own father Martin? "Yeah, my own dad ... he's on a different channel. And that's alright, he's entitled, but I've just sort of evolved beyond it." Charlie responded to several negative tweets from Today viewers and told his fans, "Don't be worried. Celebrate this moment!"

Yesterday Sheen told Today's Jeff Rossen that he wanted a raise to $3 million per episode of Two And A Half Men, but later that night he appeared on CNN's Piers Morgan Tonight and revealed that he wasn't serious. "I was joking about being underpaid but to come back, um, Season 10, but that's all negotiable; you can't talk about this stuff on television," he said. Sheen then asked himself, "'Then why did you?'" and jumped, as if in response to his own question and said, "I don't know. He's on crack. Where's Dr. Drew when you need him?"

Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler were arrested this morning in West Hollywood -- Aguilera for public intoxication and Rutler for DUI.

The incident occured around 2:45 am; both were booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff's station on misdemeanor charges.

Rutler's bail was set at $30,000. It is uncertain yet whether either has been released.
