Scarlett Johansson's father Karsten collapsed near his West Village, New York home on Wednesday, and he was taken to the Bellevue Hospital Center where he was reported to be in critical but stable condition.

Surveillance video showed Johansson walking down Charles Street, and moments later his knees buckled and he fell head-first into the road. "Family members stated he’s suffered from an aneurism in the past," a source tells the NY Post.

Daughter Scarlett was in Los Angeles at the time of the accident, and it's not known whether she will go ahead and appear as a presenter at this Sunday’s Academy Awards.

After Justin Bieber chopped off his signature locks on Monday and announced he was putting them on eBay, one crazed fan has bid $7,000 for his hair -- and the auction doesn't end until next Wednesday!

The snippets of the teen pop phenom's tresses have drawn 61 bids so far, and while we're happy he's donating the money to charity, not all of his fans are happy about his new look! Michael Douglas and wife Catherine Zeta-Jones were spotted arriving back at their London hotel last night, and as the couple made their way through the entrance, Zeta-Jones freaked out when a photographer allegedly struck her.

Zeta-Jones waited in the lobby and yelled, "I want a police officer right now. He punched me!" and Douglas, who is still recovering from cancer, got very aggressive with the photographer in question. Entertainment Tonight has the video of the actor grabbing the lensman and yelling obscenities, and it all happened so fast, we had to watch the video a few times to see what happened!

The couple were in England to receive an award for Zeta-Jones' charity work, and Douglas' rep tells ET, "You saw it for yourself. Otherwise, the trip and the ceremony were fabulous and such a joy for everyone."

Even though CBS has decided not to continue taping Two and A Half Men for the remainder of the season, Charlie Sheen still plans to show up for Monday's taping of the hit show, according to text messages he sent to Good Morning America.

In those text messages, Sheen, who claims he's 100 percent clean, continued to trash show creator Chuck Lorre by calling him a "loser" and "clown."

Sheen's rants against Lorre began yesterday on The Alex Jones Show when he said:

"I embarrassed him in front of his children and the world by healing at a pace that this un-evolved mind cannot process. I’ve spent, I think, close to the last decade I don’t know effortlessly and magically converted your tin can into pure gold. And the gratitude I get is this charlatan chose not to do his job, which is to write."

After that interview aired, CBS released the following statement:

"Based on the totality of Charlie Sheen's statements, conduct and condition, CBS and Warner Bros. Television have decided to discontinue production of 'Two and a Half Men' for the remainder of the season."

After reading Kanye's random Tweet on abortion early Thursday, we knew it was only a matter of time before the backlash started, and Lily Allen was the first celeb to respond. When you Tweet about a topic as sensitive as abortion, you'd better expect a lot of people to get p.o.'d.

West Tweeted yesterday:

"An abortion can cost a ballin' n**** up to 50gs maybe a 100 ... Gold diggin' b****** be getting pregnant on purpose. #STRAPUP my n*****!"

Is he hinting at something that's happened in his personal life recently? Otherwise we can't understand where this comment is coming from.

Allen, who has already suffered two miscarriages, re-Tweeted Kanye right back, condemning him for his offbeat remarks.

The 25-year-old pop singer expressed:

"Never has a tweet put me in such a bad mood. This is wrong on so many levels."

Maybe Kanye will learn to keep his Twitter a bit more PC next time ... we hope.
