Michael Lohan was attacked by his own cell phone yesterday afternoon while being driven home in a convertible.

Lohan told us he got the gash by a faulty phone, but when he got the bleeding under control, he told us he was feeling very good about Lindsay's chances in her felony theft case.

"Lindsay's got a great lawyer, she's got proof and she's got a good judge," Lohan said optimistically.

Lindsay posted bail after her February 11th hearing, but is due back in court on the 23rd, where it's expected she will enter a plea bargain for a misdemeanor.

Although at $2,500, the theft of the necklace is considered a felony, but both her attorneys and her father believe that price is grossly inflated.

In fact, Lohan thinks the price was intentionally adjusted by the store for publicity.

According to Michael, someone who saw the necklace in the store before Lindsay was accused of swiping it came forward to say the pricetag was actually $800, not $2,500, which would be a misdemeanor.

If convicted of a felony, Lindsay could serve up to three years in jail.

After spending a low-key day in Los Angeles, a casual Renee Zellweger returned to her Prius only to find a parking ticket on her windshield.

The Oscar-winning actress must have lost track of the time on her meter. Bummer! Her expression once she gets into her car says it all.

Bradley Cooper's rumored girlfriend was recently honored by Germany's leading TV magazine, Hoerzu. The mag gave her the Goldene Kamera 2011 ... naming Ms. Zellweger the best international actress of the year. Interesting award considering we haven't seen much of her on the big screen lately.

Victoria Beckham is ready for baby #4, but don't expect the fashionista to have six. When asked if she'd consider a family as big as Angelina Jolie's clan, David Beckham's sexy wife tells CNN:

"Well, I'm not Angelina. I don't know. I mean, come on."

Victoria isn't the first celebrity mom to not want to be like Angie. Just last month, Heidi Klum discussed with the Daily Mail about whether she'll be having more kids. Klum said, "We are done now. I think four to look after is plenty. We aren’t like Angelina and Brad. Four is a good number.” Ouch!

But don't rule out the Beckhams having a 5th ... especially if her bun in the over is another boy. Posh adds:

"[If I] don't have a girl this time, then maybe I'll be lucky enough and have a girl the next time."

During a recent interview with Jimmy Fallon, Victoria, 36, talked about her house full of boys. She said, "We have so much testosterone in our house it is crazy." Maybe her fourth pregnancy will be the charm ... a pink charm, that is.

Police headed to the London home of glamour model/fashion designer/tabloid queen Katie Price this afternoon less than 24 hours after her BMW was involved in a car accident that injured a teenage boy.

Last night Price, wearing a red pirate nose, attended a performance of "Blood Brothers" at a West End theater, where her car was mobbed by fans upon leaving. Her driver accidentally lurched the car into the crowd and knocked down a teenage boy outside the theater.

Katie was ushered back into the theater to await the police while an ambulance took the injured boy to a hospital. Although no charges were made on the scene, a police car was spotted entering Katie's London home today for questioning.

Sandra left little Louis Bardo Bullock at home while she squeezed in some mommy-alone-time at the gym in NYC. And we must admit, the Oscar winner looks picture perfect in her skin-tight spandex. Work it, single girl!

Bullock will probably be hitting the gym a bit harder these next two weeks considering the Academy Awards are right around the corner. She'll have to present the Best Actor Award to the winner, after all.

Whitney Port and Lauren Conrad, who became besties after they were started as interns together at Teen Vogue in the first season of The Hills, wasn't dishing about the apparently bitter feud the former MTV darlings are in since the cancellation of Whit's spinoff show The City.

Port reportedly blames Conrad for her show getting the axe, a source tells Us. "She thinks that The City was canceled to make room for Lauren's new reality show," says the pal.

Whitney's show dealt with her move to the Big Apple and focused primarily on her burgeoning career in fashion and the launch of her clothing line, Whitney Eve. Lauren's new show was to take a similar (albeit exclusive) look at her own career in fashion and apparently MTV just didn't think there was room for both shows on their network.

"Whitney feels like she got the shaft," says the source. But ironically, Lauren's show also got the axe from the network before it ever aired!
