It's a girl for Vince Vaughn and wife Kyla Weber!

The super-cute couple who wed in January welcomed Locklyn Kyla Vaughn Saturday morning in Chicago. The little bundle of joy was 7 pounds and 20 inches long, Vaughn's rep confirmed to Us Weekly.

We can't believe how fast The Dilemma star went from super-single bachelor to family man in just a year -- they grow up so fast! The funny man did give us a little hint he was itching for some kiddies in '09 when he revealed:

"It's the first time that I really want to have kids. I've been very fortunate in my career, and my life has been about that for so long that you get bored of it. You're ready for your life to be about other people and other things."

A close friend told reporters after the birth, "Both of them couldn't be happier to welcome their sweet little girl into their family!"

One week has passed since Rihanna and Christina Aguilera hit the stage for X Factor's finale in the UK, but their risque performances have media regulator Ofcom investigating whether the acts were lewd and indecent for the 7 - 9pm hour.

ITV aired the show on December 11, but immediately after, thousands of complaints came in to network claiming the routines were "disgusting" for a family audience.

Reports are claiming that the performances may have violated a broadcasting code "which seeks to protect children from sexualized content."

According to Ofcom's Broadcasting Code, "children must be protected by appropriate scheduling from material that is unsuitable for them. Material that is unsuitable for children should not, in general, be shown before 9pm or after 5:30am."

It's going to be a very Merry Christmas for country superstar Shania Twain!

After the beautiful singer's husband of 14 years abruptly left her for former best friend Marie-Anne Thiebaud in May 2008, Twain began a relationship with Thiebaud's husband Frederic, and now Twain's rep has confirmed that the two are engaged!

According to Us Weekly, Thiebaud popped the question two months ago in Switzerland, and when the couple were spotted in NYC on Thursday, the Waking Up In Reno singer was rocking a three-carat, emerald-cut diamond ring worth an estimated $100,000. Umm ... best Christmas present ever!

The country songstress has expressed feelings for her new fiancé several times on her official website calling the Swiss-born Nestlé business executive "a dear friend and true gentleman", revealing, "We leaned on one another through the ups and downs, taking turns holding each other up. We've become stronger and closer through it all."

Michael Lohan is addressing the alleged FBI investigation on Sam Lutfi ... that Lindsay's mom, Dina, reportedly has organized. Various tabloid websites are claiming Lutfi has been sending the 24-year-old actress threatening and harassing text messages.

Papa Lohan, who calls the report "BS across the board," tells X17online exclusively:

"Bottom line is, Sam Lutfi hit the nail right on the head when he shared his opinion to Lindsay and my son Michael about Dina. It struck a sore cord. The truth hurt and Dina did NOT like it. From there, as usual, "The Grinch" stirred the pot with her broom stick.

People around Lindsay who, ironically, were the same people around BRITNEY are panicking for some reason. I think Sam and Adnon know to much. Tell me, why is it that the two people around Britney tell the SAME thing and they are the ones who had restraining orders slapped on them while a team was put in place to get conservatorship?? Light Bulb! Duh!!!"

Dina Lohan is reportedly venturing out west with Lindsay's sister Ali and brothers Michael and Cody to spend the holidays with Lindsay, and even though Papa Lohan isn't invited along, Michael tells us, "I plan and sure hope to see all of my children this Christmas, including Lindsay."

With all of this bickering going on, Christmas at the Lohans may not be so merry and bright.

Jack Black is hilarious on screen, but on the red carpet, we'd rather look at gorgeous Emily Blunt. She looks stunning in this Roksanda Ilincic dress and Jimmy Choo heels. We wouldn't expect anything less from the fashionable Ms. Blunt.

Mr. Black, and his co-stars, hit the red carpet for the Gulliver's Travels premiere at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. Only Jack can get away with wearing a shirt that reads, "I See Small People." Loves it!

Gulliver's Travels hits theaters on Christmas Day. We'll see if audiences are feeling jolly ol' Jack's comedic holiday vibe.

After enjoying their trip to South Africa, the Kardashian girls tried to keep a low profile while making their way through LAX. Nice sunglasses, Kim.
