She may be the highest paid reality television starlet (girlfriend raked in an estimated $6 million last year just from her TV work), but she's not relying solely on that for her income -- smart girl!

Beyonce has just made her hubby Jay-Z the happiest birthday boy! The gorgeous songbird has dropped over $2 million on a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport for his 41st birthday!

Jay-Z has been a sports car enthusiast for years! The rapper is an ambassador for GMC and is already the owner of a Maybach 62S, a Ferrari F430 Spider and a Pagani Zonda Roadster.

As for the Bugatti, it's the fastest car in the world going from zero to sixty in 2.5 seconds with a top speed of 255mph.

Spending $2 million on a sweet car like this is nothing for the superstar couple .... considering that combined, they earned over $200 million this year alone

Britney Spears and Jason Trawick the day they left for Punta Mita, Mexico

Britney Spears may have slammed the tabloids alleging domestic abuse, but after a series of strange events, we're still not sure what is going on! Star mag is reporting that Britney and boyfriend Jason Trawick's romantic vacation to Mexico wasn't a birthday surprise, but rather a coverup to trick the media.

After Britney's ex-husband Jason Alexander released a recording of one of the alleged conversations he had with Britney confirming that she was in an abusive relationship with Trawick, Star reports that Britney's handlers are "working overtime to squash talk of domestic discord – and paint a picture of domestic bliss." Sources close to the pop princess say she feels trapped, and the trip was "merely a publicity stunt designed to make the troubled couple appear happy."

The source continues, “Britney is a cash cow. Her parents and management are really trying to keep the scandal under wraps so that it doesn’t affect her career – or the paychecks ... Britney has come so far in the last couple of years, and no one around her wants to see it all come crashing down. So for now, it looks like she’ll have to stay with Jason. No one else knows what to do.”

It seems like Katy Perry is everywhere these days -- not only is the pop tart on the cover of Maxim's January issue, (looking better than ever, we might add), but she also appears on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today, and here's a sneak peek at what you can expect from the sexy songbird. Katy reveals that she's in the process of changing her name, and she babbles on about what a "handful" her husband Russell Brand can be. When asked if she ever goes by Mrs. Brand, Katy replied, "I do actually. Sometimes when people try to get my attention. Like if I'm at an event or something like that and they want special attention. They go, "Mrs. Brand!" and I go shwoosh [looks back]."

Ellen notes that Russell appears to be a bit of a handful and Katy quips, "Yeah, but handfuls are also a lot of fun. There's never a dull moment ... He's a smorgasbord of things. A sense of humor is really important in our household. That's how we de-stress and we like to have a laugh."

Yes, even pink-haired punk rocker Avril Lavigne likes to stop by Fred Segal in West Hollywood once in a while. Especially when she's with current boyfriend Brody Jenner. The still going strong couple looked as happy as can be, so congrats to them!
