Kirsten Dunst graces the cover of BlackBook's December 2010/January 2011 issue, and the actress candidly chats about everything from her new project and her trip to rehab in 2008. Here's some of the highlights...

On checking into rehab in 2008 to deal with depression:

“My friends and family were put in a position where they had to defend me, and it was an awful time ... On a personal level, I would talk to anybody about it, but not on a public level. If I do that, then the next person feels like they can ask me about it, and the person after that, until everyone then feels entitled to ask me about it, and that’s not coming from a good place.”

On her party girl ways, which were rumored to be one of the reasons she checked into rehab:

“When you’re a single girl in your twenties, yeah, you go out with your friends ... And sometimes you drink too much. I don’t know anybody else, with any type of job, who doesn’t do that.”

On her role in All Good Things, which also stars Ryan Gosling:

“Although it’s probably been dramatized, I knew All Good Things would change people’s perceptions of me. I was excited for people to see me in a different light and so, yeah, it was a bummer when I thought it wasn’t going to get released.”

All Good Things has been shelved for quite some time now, but we can't WAIT to see it!

A note to all celebrities - stop comparing things to rape!

Khloe Kardashian is the latest celeb to complain about the arguably invasive security screenings at airports. The reality star said the following on Lopez Tonight:

"They basically are just raping you in public. I got asked the other day, 'Do you want to go for a screening or get padded down?' I don't want that X-Ray to see everything, honey! The people are so aggressive! It's like, 'Chill out, you didn't find anything on me yet, calm down.' They say, 'OK, I'm going to be patting you down and I'm going to be touching the crease of your ass.' That is so inappropriate!"

Okay, that does sound inapprops. And maybe the guy that patted down Khloe wasn't the best at his job... but these people are protecting our safety!

Is Khloe out of line?

Elizabeth Edwards, 61, wife of former Democratic presidential candidate John Edwards, died at her home today after battling cancer for the last six years.

Edwards passed away at her Chapel Hill, North Caroline home after deciding to end treatment for her breast cancer just less than two weeks ago when doctors told her there would be no further benefit from continuing treatment. ABC News reports a family friend told the news outlet John Edwards was at his wife's side during her final moments and that the environment in the house was "warm and peaceful" and that "the mood was sad, but also full of warm feelings too."

Edwards was first diagnosed with cancer in 2004 - during the final weeks of her husband's vice-presidential campaign. The cancer went info remissions after months of treatment but resurfaced in early 2007. The cancer had moved into her bones by then and she was told she could no longer be cured but could be treated.

Then within a year, the Edwardses were fighting another battle -- John's reported infidelity and the subsequent revelation he had fathered a child with another woman, Rielle Hunter. The scandal caused the couple to separate but they never divorced.

The couple had four children -- their oldest, Wade, was killed in a car accident in 1996 at the age of 16. She is survived by her three remaining kids - 28-year-old Cate, 12-year-old Emma Claire and 10-year-old Jack.

Edwards posted this message on her Facebook page yesterday, as a final farewell:

"You all know that I have been sustained throughout my life by three saving graces – my family, my friends, and a faith in the power of resilience and hope," she wrote. "These graces have carried me through difficult times and they have brought more joy to the good times than I ever could have imagined.

The days of our lives, for all of us, are numbered. We know that. And, yes, there are certainly times when we aren't able to muster as much strength and patience as we would like. It's called being human.

But I have found that in the simple act of living with hope, and in the daily effort to have a positive impact in the world, the days I do have are made all the more meaningful and precious. And for that I am grateful."

In response to our earlier report that Demi Lovato's punching bag, Alex Welch, is looking for a public apology after last October's incident that led to Lovato seeking treatment for various "issues," Lovato's rep is now further explaining the legal situation between the pop star's backup dancer and his client.

Demi's rep tells us:

"Demi’s attorneys have had an initial discussion with Mr. Karpel [victim Alex Welch's lawyer]. They are exploring the possibility of an amicable resolution of this matter. We do not plan on making further public comments during this process."

Earlier today, Karpel had released the following statement: "We have contacted the Lovato camp and we are waiting for a response. If we don't hear back, we will pursue litigation."

We read "amicable resolution" as a financial payoff, though of course that will be kept under wraps with a confidentiality clause in their settlement agreement. But really, will it pay for Alex to have been allegedly abused by Demi?

Mark Wahlberg and his smokin'-hot model wife Rhea Durham left their five kids at home Monday night to attend the Hollywood premiere of his new movie The Fighter.

The movie, based on a true story, follows the early years of boxer "Irish" Micky Ward (Wahlberg) and his brother (Christian Bale) who helped train him before going pro in the mid 1980s.

Bale appears noticeably thinner in the film, and since he is known for the ability to lose significant weight for roles, we're glad to see he's looking healthy and happy alongside gorgeous his wife:



Random celebrity fun fact: Christian Bale's wife Sibi Blazic, used to be Winona Ryder's personal assistant. -- You've come a long way girl!

Amy Adams looked divine in a lovely silver tulle dress and sexy red satin shoes. --and for some reason Erik Estrada showed up too. Random!

Nothing stops Justin Bieber from selling a product!

With his own fragrance, sheets and bedding, dolls, T-shirts, mugs, aluminum water bottles, Silly Bandz, headphones, lunch boxes, and even Christmas tree ornaments, it was only a matter of time before commemorative trading cards and stickers hit the shelves. And we thought his nail polish line was excessive!

Trading card company Panini America issued a press release Monday revealing the Bieber collection: 150 unique cards and 30 stickers, including 500 randomly inserted ones with authentic Bieber autograph cards.

They have also created four nine-card puzzles that can be arranged to create mini posters if you're still looking for last minute Christmas gift ideas.

The tween heartthrob said of his newest product release:

"It's awesome; it makes me feel great. I always dreamed of being a hockey player and having my own trading card. I remember collecting hockey cards, so the idea that kids are going to enjoy my cards like I enjoyed my hockey cards is amazing!"

The cards will sell for $1.99 and each set includes five cards and one sticker.

That didn't take long!

Kim Kardashian and Gabriel Aubry might've looked like a beautiful couple, but their romance has come to an end because 34-year-old Gabriel "is older than Kim is looking for," an insider tells Life & Style. So the reality star "decided to stop seeing him."

And Kim K. has already found a beautiful new beau! A 25-year-old basketball player for the New Jersey Nets named Kris Humphries.

A source close to the Kardashian family tells X17online that Kim thinks her new man "is so cute." The source adds, "They have a lot of fun together and get along so well. This is real and it's going great!"

Congrats to Kim and her budding romance! And we'd hafta agree - Kris is a perfect ten! No wonder we spotted her at a Nets game the other day...
