Willie Nelson's recent marijuana arrest has been switched from a felony to a misdemeanor after Texas authorities determined that he was carrying a lesser amount of the drug than previously reported.

The country star was allegedly found to be in possession of 6 ounces of pot when border patrol agents searched his tour bus at a checkpoint last month, but it turns out he was only carrying 4 ounces. While 4 ounces is still a substantial amount of greens, it means Willie is off the hook as far as jail time and he's facing a smaller fine.

Had he been charged with felony possession, Willie would have spent up to 180 days in jail and been slapped with a $10,000 fine, so we're sure he's celebrating this victory!

Well, this film has Academy Award winners Mel Gibson and Jodie Foster, and everyone loves beavers, so it's sure to be a hit! Thoughts on the trailer?

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez dined at Maribel on Sunset Blvd on Friday afternoon, and when the couple wrapped up their romantic lunch date, Olivier got rather aggressive with some of the photographers!

The couple left in separate cars, and when Olivier encountered a throng of paparazzi, he stepped on the gas and nearly hit one of the paps (NOT one of ours). We're not sure if Olivier actually clipped the guy, but since cops were called to the scene it seems like he may have. LAPD hasn't yet reported any charges being filed, so perhaps Olivier and the photog were able to work it out?
