The aftermath of the controversial GQ Magazine photos featuring scantily-clad Glee stars Lea Michele and Dianna Agron is not over ... and now Jane Lynch is speaking her mind on the provocative spread!

Lynch, who plays angry cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester on the hit FOX show, tells Extra:

“I think whenever you put a woman scantily clad in underwear it makes a lot of other girls and women feel badly about themselves, so it should be done with great consciousness.”

This comes one week after Dianna Agron, who was portrayed as a naughty cheerleader, tweeted an apology saying, "At the time, it wasn't my favorite idea, but I did not walk away."

Joe Finley, who was auditioning for America's Got Talent this past weekend, is still being considered a person of interest in his wife's death.

Laura Finley, 48, who was visiting her husband of 26 years at LA's Millenium Biltmore Hotel during the audition process, was found by a hotel guest ... after falling from the 11th floor to the 3rd floor of the hotel.

According to the LAPD, Joe Finley was arrested for possession of ecstasy. He had admitted to officers that he had taken ecstasy with his wife Laura at 3am on the night of her death .... in celebration of his audition. LAPD confirm to X17online that so far, Finley is the only person of interest.

Fremantle, the production company behind America's Got Talent, released the following statement:

"We are fully cooperating with authorities to investigate this very unfortunate situation and have no further comment at this time."

Finley is currently out on $10,000 bail.

Madonna is planning another trip to Malawi before Christmas, where she could take home a little gift of her own -- a fifth child!

Apparently, Madonna's youngest Mercy is begging mom for another little brother or sister.

"While Mercy Grace is pleading for another little brother or sister, Madge is not sure she's quite ready," a source tells The Mirror. "But she's kept the door open and been in touch with the orphanage."

Madonna has already adopted two children, David, 5, and Mercy, also 5, from the African nation where she donates a lot of her time and money, through her charity, Raising Malawi.

Charlie Sheen has been admitted to New York Hospital because of a "drunk and naked" incident at his NY hotel, according to The New York Post.

The actor, who voluntarily went with police to the hospital just after 2am, seemed "to be suffering some emotional breakdown", says a police officer on scene.

During the incident, chairs were being hurled across the hotel room and a chandelier was damaged, says the NY Post. Officers add that Sheen appeared to be "intoxicated" when they arrived.

Sheen has been in NY visiting his ex wife Denise Richards and their two girls.

Update: Denise was in New York to promote her upcoming project, Blue Mountain State. Even though her interviews aren't taking place til' midweek, we're told she went a couple days early in order to let her girls see NY. Charlie was with them because he had a week off from filming Two And A Half Men. Even though the former couple flew to NY together, they are staying in separate hotel rooms.

Update: Sheen's rep just released this statement to X17online exclusively:

"What we are able to determine is that Charlie had an adverse allergic reaction to some medication and was taken to the hospital, where is expected to be released tomorrow."
