Michael Jackson's death was just over a year ago on June 25, but since then, his estate has earned an estimated $275 million, according to Forbes ... placing him #1 on their annual Dead Celebs list.

The King of Pop's estate raked in $60 million in advance for the movie This Is It. Deals that included a video game and book earned another $50 million ... and thanks to album sales and excessive radio play, that scored an additional $50 million.

An estate lawyer tells Forbes, "The cash flow on an annual basis is tremendous. Sure, it's going to decline eventually, but it's going to be a huge amount in the foreseeable future. [Jackson's] kids are going to have grandkids before that money's gone."

Since Jackson had nearly $500 million in debt at the time of his death, a large portion of the earnings has been aimed at knocking down that total.

Several projects are in the works which will be bringing in even more millions. A deal with Sony Music, which will include the release of never-before-heard songs, will net close to $250 million for the estate over the next seven years.

Now that Lindsay Lohan is back in rehab at the Betty Ford Center, sources tell X17online that she may allow her dad, Michael, the chance to pay her a visit.

Lindsay's dad has repeatedly made attempts to visit his 24-year-old daughter at the Rancho Mirage facility ... only to be turned away because he's "not on the list."

Our source adds that Dina has been visiting Lindsay everyday, and that due to a couple missed days during Family Week, Lilo's mom had to repeat the "family therapy" sessions with her daughter.


One major obstacle that's been troubling Lindsay is Michael's on-again relationship with his ex-fiancee Kate Major. A friend of the actress tells X17online:

"Lindsay absolutely hates Kate. She's never liked her and thinks she's just with her dad to get a story. Until he gets rid of her, it's going to be hard for Lindsay to accept him back in her life."

Michael Lohan refused to comment on his relationship with Kate, and whether he plans to make another attempt to visit Lindsay. So far, looks like he's keeping his promise to not speak to the media.

Lindsay will remain at the Betty Ford Center until January 3rd.

I guess when she's got a good shot at getting her hands on Mel Gibson's millions, she doesn't need small change for posing nude! Playboy reportedly offered Oksana Grigorieva $75,000 to pose for the cover of the magazine, but her rep says she will not pose naked for any amount of money.

No doubt, Auntie Kim loves her adorable nephew, Mason ... so I guess she's willing to put aside the family's negative opinion of Kourtney's baby daddy.

No, not those hard times -- Paris Hilton tweeted this pic of herself on the set of The Hard Times of RJ Berger yesterday afternoon, and she looked lovely as she waited to shoot her cameo on the MTV series. Sister Nicky's boyfriend David Katzenberg is one of the show's creators, and it's received amazing reviews since it premiered back in June. Can't wait to see her guest spot!
