It's Jennifer Garner that pushed Ben Affleck back into rehab, a source tells X17online exclusively -- and it wasn't just for HIS health, it's for the sake of the couple's kids. Apparently Jen was worried about the former couple's three children - Violet, 11; Seraphina, 8; and Samuel, 5 -- visiting with their dad in a dubious environment, so she is now requiring Ben to get treatment for substance abuse and to have a sober coach with him 24/7, a source tells us.

"Jen wants to be careful -- she wants to make sure the kids aren't exposed to anything they shouldn't be when they're at their dad's house so she told Ben he needed to check in with a therapist again to keep himself straight," the source tells us. "She wants to feel 100% confident that when the kids go to Ben's house, they're well cared for and that Ben is able to be the best dad he can be to them."

Another report out today claims Jen even has Ben drug tested before the kids visit. The National Enquirer's source says: "Jen has put her foot down and says either Ben submits to drug testing — or he can forget about seeing the kids for a sleepover."

All signs point to Ben stepping up to the plate and doing what he needs to do to be healthy and happy for his kids ... and for himself. And let's not forget his lady love Lindsay Shookus. Our source tells us Jen doesn't like Lindsay being around when the kids are visiting Ben and she's asked that Ben stick to visiting Lindsay in New York instead of having her at the actor's $22 million Brentwood bachelor pad. So far, Ben's obliging.

We caught up with Ben today after he dropped the kids off at school -- he looked a little down, a little depressed; but since the Harvey Weinstein scandal spilled over onto him, we're not surprised he's looking less than ecstatic. After commenting on Harvey; then defending himself against his own 2003 groping incident on TRL and now a new video surfacing of a sexually-charged 2004 interview, Ben's probably super stressed! Let's see if he can get out of this unscathed ... and stay on track with his therapy!

Kaia Gerber grabbed sushi with pals in Malibu yesterday, and the teen flaunted her rock hard abs and impossibly long stems on the outing. She's being called the next "It" girl of fashion, and we can see why! Although, she really needs to work on her posture.

A lot of parents would be scared to death of their young daughter entering into the modeling world at this age, but mom Cindy Crawford doesn't see a problem with it.

"My daughter just got her driver’s license. I’m a lot more concerned about her driving by herself than her entering the world of modeling. The great thing for my kids is that I know a lot about that world. I feel like: Who better to help guide them than me?” she told The Associated Press.

“In some ways, I wish I could have pushed it off a year or two. But she’s 16. That’s how old I was when I started, which is young, but in fashion that’s kind of the normal age when people start," she added.

Harvey Weinstein is not only in hot water with every Hollywood actress, he's now potentially in trouble with the law as well. Today, Kate Beckinsale came forward with allegations of sexual harassment by the disgraced studio exec, and the NYPD has opened an investigation into a sexual assault incident that occurred back in 2004.

The British beauty claims she was only 17-years-old when Weinstein made advances towards her, of which she was able to fend off.

"I was called to meet Harvey Weinstein at the Savoy Hotel when I was 17. I assumed it would be in a conference room which was very common. When I arrived reception told me to go to his room. He opened the door in his bathrobe. I was incredibly naive and young and it did not cross my mind that this older, unattractive man would expect me to have any sexual interest in him. After declining alcohol and announcing that I had school in the morning I left, uneasy but unscathed," she wrote on Instagram.

During a run-in years later, Weinstein couldn't even remember if he had creeped on Beckinsale. Wow!

"He had tried anything with me in that first meeting. I realized he couldn't remember if he had assaulted me or not. I had what I thought were boundaries — I said no to him professionally many times over the years — some of which ended up with him screaming at me calling me a c-nt and making threats, some of which made him laughingly tell people, 'Oh, Kate lives to say no to me,'" she continued.

The actress says that her repeated rebuffs of Weinstein damaged her career.

"It speaks to the status quo in this business that I was aware that standing up for myself and saying no to things, while it did allow me to feel uncompromised in myself, undoubtedly harmed my career and was never something I felt supported by anyone other than my family. I would like to applaud the women who have come forward, and to pledge that we can from this create a new paradigm where producers, managers, executives and assistants and everyone who has in the past shrugged and said, 'Well, that's just Harvey /Mr X/insert name here,' will realize that we in numbers can affect real change," she concluded.

Kate's not the only one, though! French actress Florence Darel also came forward this morning to reveal that Weinstein propositioned her while his then-wife Eve Chilton was in the room next door!

As for the investigation, the NYPD is looking into claims that Weinstein sexually assaulted a victim 13 years ago. They don't name the victim or offer any more details, but the timeline matches up to actress Lucia Evans' claims that Weinstein forced her to perform oral sex on him at his Manhattan Miramax office.

Weinstein was being investigated in 2015, but DA Cyrus Vance declined to press charges because he didn't think they had sufficient evidence to win the case. Chief ADA Karen Friedman Agnifilo released the below statement on Twitter to explain their reasoning.

Good news for everyone!

Demi Lovato opened up about her sexuality, her sobriety and everything in between in her upcoming YouTube documentary Simply Complicated, and the singer revealed that her sexual preference is not based on a specific gender.

The singer told Extra during her press tour for the flick that she's looking for a "human connection" and has joined a few dating apps, and she's open to dating both men and women. "That's how I've always felt," she confessed.

That said, right now she admits she's working on finding herself and isn't in a rush to get into another romantic relationship following her split from Wilmer Valderrama.

"Yeah, I think I found her, and I think I'm still finding her. And that's why I'm not diving into anything with anyone. I value my time by myself now, and I value my time with my friends. And I just have learned to really appreciate my me time and getting to know myself and learning to fall in love with myself before I fall in love with anyone else," she told ET.

We love how open and honest she is!

It's not what it looked like.

Ben Affleck came under fire yesterday when an old 2004 interview with Canadian TV host Anne-Marie Losique seemed to show him acting sexually inappropriately, but Losique just spoke out in defense of the actor, and claims the clip is being misinterpreted.

"It has been blown out of proportion. I know that people like fishing for anything, but this is completely out of context. I would like this to not have any negative impact on him. I find it sad," she told The Hollywood Reporter.

"This was for the camera. You have to understand that we have done dozens and dozens of interviews like that. It was for a show I was producing, so I was not at all a victim. When the cameras rolled, we would start to do that game. As soon as it stopped rolling, there was none of that. He never touched me in any improper way. He was very respectful, I must say," she added.

The Oscar winner finally caught a break, amid his very bad week in the press!

This seems a little suspicious.

Rose McGowan's Twitter account was suspended on Wednesday night, and the actress moved over to Instagram to announce it.

"TWITTER HAS SUSPENDED ME. THERE ARE POWERFUL FORCES AT WORK. BE MY VOICE. #ROSEARMY #whywomendontreport," she captioned a screenshot of the suspension notice.

We have to agree, we don't really see a valid reason she would have been kicked off the social media site. After a review of the terms of use, the only thing we could possibly think is that maybe she "threatened" Harvey Weinstein and Ben Affleck?

Could Weinstein really be powerful enough to silence the Scream star this way? Seems likely...

McGowan has been going off on Twitter ever since news of the studio exec's sexual misconduct scandal broke, and she's taken aim at Bob Weinstein, Mirimax partner Fabrizio Lombardo, the Batman actor and his pal Matt Damon, among others.

Twitter says her account should be back up in 12 hours, so we can't wait to see what she posts when that happens!

As Harvey Weinstein was telling people he was flying to Europe for sex rehab, he was really on a private jet bound for LA. The overweight film heavyweight touched down at Van Nuys airport on Wednesday and went straight to visit his 22-year-old daughter Lily in the San Fernando Valley. And apparently the visit didn't go well ...

Neighbors report hearing the two fighting and a camera captured the movie mogul raging in the street in front of his daughter's house, trying to find the car to get away from the scene. Lily eventually coaxed her dad back into the house but then she called 911, telling the LAPD her father was suicidal. Police arrived on the scene around 10:30am and stayed for 30 minutes, making no arrests.

After the tense visit, Harvey left the house and when a paparazzo asked him how he was doing he said, "Guys, I’m not doing okay but I’m trying. I gotta get help. I’m hanging in, I’m trying my best."

Weinstein made a visit to his attorney Patty Glaser's office while he was in LA and then boarded a private jet bound for Wickenburg Municipal Airport in Arizona, near the $40,000/night rehab The Meadows, where Harvey is believed to checking in. But the plane was diverted 30 minutes into the flight for unknown reasons and the jet ended up landing in Scottsdale. It's presumed Weinstein drove to the rehab from there. This is the same place Tiger Woods sought treatment after his sex scandal, as did Halle Berry's ex Eric Benet and Californication star David Duchovny.

They just keep coming out of the woodwork!

Cara Delevingne just revealed that disgraced studio exec Harvey Weinstein sexually harassed her, making her the latest celeb in his long line of victims. The model shared her story on Instagram, and it's just as creepy if not more so than all the other tales of his sexual misconduct.

"When I first started to work as an actress, I was working on a film and I received a call from Harvey Weinstein asking if I had slept with any of the women I was seen out with in the media. It was a very odd and uncomfortable call. I answered none of his questions and hurried off the phone but before I hung up, he said to me that if I was gay or decided to be with a woman especially in public that I’d never get the role of a straight woman or make it as an actress in Hollywood," the openly bisexual actress wrote.

Weinstein wasn't done with her yet, though!

"A year or two later, I went to a meeting with him in the lobby of a hotel with a director about an upcoming film. The director left the meeting and Harvey asked me to stay and chat with him. As soon we were alone he began to brag about all the actresses he had slept with and how he had made their careers and spoke about other inappropriate things of a sexual nature. He then invited me to his room. I quickly declined and asked his assistant if my car was outside. She said it wasn’t and wouldn’t be for a bit and I should go to his room. At that moment I felt very powerless and scared but didn’t want to act that way hoping that I was wrong about the situation," she continued.

"When I arrived I was relieve to find another woman in the room and thought immediately I was safe. He asked us to kiss and she began some sort of advances upon his direction. I swift got up and asked him if he knew that I could sing. And I began to sing. I thought it would make the situation better, more professional, like an audition. I was so nervous. After singing I said again that I had to leave. He walked me to the door and stood in front of it and tried to kiss me on the lips. I stopped him and managed to get out of the room. I still got the part for the film and always thought that he gave it to me because of what happened. Since then I felt awful that I did the movie. I felt like I didn’t deserve the part," she added.

So why didn't she speak out sooner?

“I was so hesitant about speaking out. I didn’t want to hurt his family. I felt guilty as if I did something wrong. I was also terrified that this sort of thing had happened to so many women I know but no one had said anything because of fear," she explained.

The Paper Towns star wants this conversation to continue, so that other women who feel vulnerable are comfortable enough to speak up.

“I want women and girls to know that being harassed or abused or raped is NEVER their fault and not talking about it will always cause more damage than speaking the truth. I am relieved to be able to share this. I actually feel better and I’m proud of the women who are brave enough to speak. This isn’t easy but there are strength in numbers. As I said, this is only the beginning. In every industry and especially in Hollywood, men abuse their power using fear and get away with it. This must stop. The more we talk about it, the less power we give them. I urge you all to talk and to the people who defend these men, you are part of the problem," she noted.

At this point, we'd be more shocked if someone came forward and confessed that Weinstein hadn't sexually harassed them!
