And speaking of reality TV, even though Lauren famously left the Hills to pursue more uh, meaningful projects, she's back for another dose of reality -- starting next week!

Last night LC attended the Operation Smile event in Beverly Hills and she told Us mag, "Right now it's like music samples and picking lights. We start in about a week. I'm excited. It's smaller this time, which is really great and most of the people I'm working with are most of my favorite people. It's going to focus on a clothing line I'm doing with two of my best friends, but it's also going to show all the other things that I do as well as the lifestyle."

The Jonas Brothers have cancelled a concert in Monterrey, Mexico due to security concerns and recent violence.

Monterrey is Mexico’s wealthiest city, but a series of murders and kidnappings have stunned residents in recent months, with over 400 deaths this year in the state of Nuevo Leon alone.

Concert promoter Live Nation said the concert was cancelled due to “a series of unfortunate events” and out of concern for fans, and the US Department of State issued a travel warning for the country, noting a shooting on August 20, 2010, in front of the American Foundation School in Monterrey and "the high incidence of kidnappings in the Monterrey area".

Angelina Jolie has been banned from filming her new film in Bosnia, due to a technicality with the filming permit. Jolie's permit was rejected due to the fact that the actress/humanitarian (who is directing the project) did not attach a screenplay with the original application, but we have a feeling that's not the only reason she didn't get the green light. Several female victims from the Bosnian war have objected to the film, which follows the relationship between a Serbian man and a Bosnian woman who fall in love in the middle of the conflict.

The Women Victims of War association is outraged, calling the film guilty of "misleading history," and it was also reported that the love story would be between a Serbian rapist and a Muslim victim. Jolie hasn't released a statement on the matter, and she has been shooting in Budapest, Hungary all week. Yesterday the Oscar winner greeted a massive crowd of fans during a break from shooting, so it looks like she still has plenty of support no matter where she goes!

Gwyneth Paltrow has starred in several music videos over the years (our fav was Melissa Etheridge's "I Want To Come Over") and now it's her turn to grab the mic and belt it out, and we're very impressed with the Oscar winner. We've heard the song on our fav LA country station, and now here's the music video for "Country Strong".

Angelina Jolie took time out of her busy schedule on the set of her Bosnian/Serbian love story that she's shooting in Budapest to greet the crowd of fans who had gathered nearby.

Usually first-time directors might be a little too nervous and absorbed in the shoot to stop and pay attention to the locals, but for the ever-classy Angelina, that doesn't seem to be the slightest case!

In fact, Angie looks more relaxed than ever. Directing really suits her!
