Lindsay Lohan has reportedly failed a drug test in her criminal case, according to several websites. We haven't yet received confirmation from Lindsay's attorney Ed MacPherson as to the details of this report, but TMZ claims Lindsay tested positive for cocaine last week.

According to the terms of Lindsay's probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test, but as you may recall, the starlet is on various medications (including Adderall), so this might just be a false alarm.

Lindsay told Us mag, "I'm fine," and when asked about the TMZ report she says, "They're all nuts." But is Lindsay really the most honest person when it comes to releasing statements to the media? Remember that time we snapped her at a house party where there was um, plenty of partying going on and she tweeted, "hahaha X17online posted photos of NOT ME" when it was clearly her?

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesperson Steve Whitmore says he hasn't officially been notified about a failed drug test, and another rep for the court says nothing has been confirmed. Stay tuned for more details!

After LeAnn Rimes revealed to Shape mag that she cheated on ex-husband Deane Sheremet because they got married too young and because their relationship wasn't "fulfilling," he's now firing back at the country star for her comments.

"Age had very little to do with why we got divorced," he tells Us mag. "I was very content and satisfied. I put myself on hold to funnel all my creative energy into her career and our marriage. I was willing to make the sacrifices necessary to have a successful marriage and further her career. I knew, and know, her better than anyone in this world."

Of his new lady love, Sheremet says, "I am happy now ... I didn't realize what I was missing and how much of myself was being neglected. I am very fulfilled in my life and work. It's a grounding feeling."

Judging by the glow on LeAnn's face these days, we're pretty sure she's much more satisfied with Eddie! At least everyone's happy now...

A barefaced Rebecca Gayheart and her 6-month-old daughter Billie Beatrice were spotted out and about in LA today, and we can't get over how adorbs this little bundle of joy is! Think Rebecca and her hunky hubby Eric Dane are going to make another naughty tape baby any time soon?

Bristol Palin may be a polarizing figure in pop culture, but she's found an unlikely fan in filthy comedian Sarah Silverman!

Sarah told X17online that she was "excited" to see Bristol on Dancing with the Stars. "My secret hope is that she gets influenced by the people around her ... that Margaret Cho gets a hold of her and gets in her brain a little."

But even though Sarah may not be a fan of her politics, Sarah says "Bristol's a nice girl. I'm rooting for her!"

Jeremy Renner, who we can't wait to see in The Town, strikes a sexy pose for the latest issue of GQ. The actor chats about his breakout role, the upcoming Avengers movie and his experience with other famous faces after he made it big.

On meeting Sean Penn for the first time, Jeremy says, "I was backstage at the Palm Springs Film Festival, and it was really dark back there, and he comes over and gets in my face. And he's like, 'Dude, you were tremendous in Hurt Locker. You're going to the afterparty, right? 'Cause me and you are gonna have a few drinks, and I'm gonna talk to you.'"

No doubt Jeremy is sexy, but will the 40-year-old actor fill the shoes of Tom Cruise?

On Access Hollywood yesterday, Project Runway host Tim Gunn ripped into Lindsay Lohan for her work at Ungaro, and at the same time he managed to insult Suri Cruise as well!

Gunn told hosts Billy Bush and Kit Hoover, “Mr. Ungaro is dead and God knows he must have been rolling over in his grave, but I thought, this is one of the last couture houses left in this entire world. Lindsay Lohan is the creative director? How absurd is that! It would be like asking, I don’t know, like, asking Suri Cruise to pilot a fighter jet.”

And he wasn't done! Tim added, “Suri is, she’s her mother and father’s dress up doll and I feel in many ways she’s a fashion victim and it’s just very inappropriate. I think it’s unsafe too. She’s a little kid and [she’s] tottering around on these stilettos or quasi stilettos. It’s really inappropriate and I feel bad for her in a manner of speaking."

Tim better watch his back!

He may not be totally in control at home, but Brad Pitt is in the driver's seat at work, where he took the wheel of a golf cart on the set of Moneyball.

Pitt was spotted driving the electric cart around the LA set of his new film, where Angelina and the twins have been to visit in recent weeks.

Pitt has aged in reverse to take on the role of Oakland A's manager, Billy Beane, in the Steven Soderbergh film that had been plagued with problems. But ever since production started, it appears as if it's been nothing but smooth sailing and we can't wait to see the results!

Jennifer Lopez is getting into the American Idol judges chair just in time ... in order to catch a singing audition from her ex-husband Ojani Noa.

Noa's manager tells X17online exclusively:

"Ojani Noa will be in line at the Forum in Los Angeles on September 22nd to try out for American Idol in-front of his ex-wife Jennifer Lopez."

The AI rules state that "You are 15 to 28 years old on July 15, 2010." Hmmm...this should be interesting considering JLo's ex-hubby is a bit older than that. However, the infamous Pants on the Ground singer, Larry Platt, was 64 years old when he auditioned, so Ojani may have a fighting chance!

Lopez got a temporary restraining order last year that prevented Noa from going ahead with his planned "mockumentary," How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, which uses footage taken during the couples' honeymoon.

The singer successfully blocked Noa from writing a tell-all book five years ago, because it violated the terms of their divorce settlement. She’s currently suing him for 10 million for "shame" and "humiliation" over his latest attempt to make money off their one-year marriage.
