Britney headed to her favorite burger spot, Johnny Rockets in Calabasas, this afternoon to celebrate her taping of Glee with her own little Gleeks Sean and Jayden!

Boyfriend Jason Trawick was nowhere in sight but that didn't slow down Brit ... she was in high spirits, according to our photographer: "Britney was looking SO great -- what we saw of her today and on Monday in those short shorts is just amazing. She looks 18 again! She was so excited to be with Sean and she was in a really good mood."

So what's the next television project for Brit? She's done Will & Grace, How I Met Your Mother, she'll guest-star on Glee -- we'd love to cast her in True Blood! Or how about a walk-on in Jersey Shore?!

Lindsay Lohan's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley is at the Beverly Hills Courthouse right now, speaking with Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers and Judge Elden Fox to discuss the possibility of Lindsay being released early from her drug and alcohol treatment program at UCLA Medical Center.

UPDATE: Holley told reporters no decision was reached. The next hearing is scheduled for August 25.

After reports that La Ink's Kat Von D spent a romantic weekend in Las Vegas with Jesse James, the tattoo queen took to her Twitter page to confirm the very rumors she paid her publicist to deny!

Jesse and Kat were spotted enjoying dinner together this past weekend in Vegas and holding hands as they strolled through the casino. Jersey Shore star Snooki, aka Nicole Polizzi, will be facing a third charge in connection with her July 30th boardwalk arrest in Seaside Heights, NJ.

The reality star, who has already been charged on counts of disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance, will now face an additional charge of being annoying, according to the Associated Press.

New Jersey prosecutors handling the case say that numerous beachgoers filed complaints to police claiming she was bugging them on the day of her arrest.

However a Jersey municipal prosecutor doesn't think the charge will stick ... telling the AP, "I understand she's become a public celebrity, but in all honesty it's really not much of a charge."

Snooki's trial will begin on September 8th.

So what a lot of you outside of LA don't know is that in many cases, the publicists who rep the stars are actually hotter than the stars themselves! And we just got a look at a few of the castmembers for the upcoming E! reality show The Spin Crowd and they're no exception!

But JC's looking to make Erika a teensy bit cooler, hence this shopping trip yesterday on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The Spin Crowd promises drama and more (it debuts E! August 22). Oh, and did I mention Kim K's producing?! Yeah!

After Wilson denied rumors he was romancing his Midnight in Paris co-star, Rachel McAdams, the Mean Girls cutie was spotted strolling in Paris with this tall handsome gentleman!

Rachel had an on-again, off-again relationship with Notebook co-star Ryan Gosling for years, but it's possible she could be interested in someone with a little less star-power since that didn't quite work out.
