Heidi Montag has filed for divorce from Spencer Pratt, citing irreconcilable differences. The papers were filed in Santa Monica Superior Court, just two months after it was announced that the reality TV starlet was seeking legal separation from husband of over a year.

Montag's lawyer Jodeane Farrell released the following statement to People:

"Heidi has amended her petition for separation and today has filed a petition for dissolution of marriage from Spencer Pratt. The couple has agreed they would like their divorce to be finalized in a timely manner in an out of court settlement. Both parties are amicable with each other and over the possibility of finalizing their divorce."

Oksana Grigorieva is speaking out for the first time since Mel Gibson leveled extortion claims against her, saying her ex is "trivializing domestic violence."

"I think Mel is basically trivializing domestic violence and this is very, very sad," she said when asked about the state of her emotions following the very public battle over her daughter that has now devolved into a domestic violence and extortion case. "I'm devasted," she told Radar.

When asked why she made the now infamous tapes in which Mel's rage was released to the world, she replied, "I didn't think I was going to make it through the night."

She also clarified that "all the tapes that you hear on the internet, "the tapes" and the voicemails were all recorded that night because I was in fear for my life" she says, referring to the night Mel allegedly knocked out two of her teeth.

"What's unfair is that by standing up to somebody -- and speaking up -- I am being victimized all over again," she said. "He has hurt so many people I feel like I am being victimized all over again," Oksana said, referring to his extortion claims against her

As for "I have never extorted anything from him, there is no proof. It is all false information he is feeding the press. It is a smear campaign, clearly, to me. I am absolutely convinced of that," she said emphatically.

As she got into her car to go, she had one final thing to say to her ex: "Speak the truth, tell the truth, for the sake of your daughter."

In a recent PSA, Sandra Bullock wasn't afraid to tell the world to ask Congress to deliver funds to restore the Gulf Coast in the wake of the massive BP oil spill. Sandra asks, "What can you offer? Your voice. Speak up."

But now, the actress wants out of the video after a website questioned the motivation behind the "Be The One" campaign.

According to DeSmogBlog website, the video is an industry ploy to get taxpayer money to repair the damage from the BP oil spill. The site also claims that Women of the Storm, the group responsible for producing the video, lists BP and other oil companies as sponsors.

Women of the Storm says oil companies did not fund the video. Bullock's rep has not been available for comment.

Other celebrities featured in the "Be The One" campaign include Dave Matthews, Blake Lively and Emeril Lagasse.

Madonna has begun shooting her new film, W.E., based on the story of the British King Edward VIII who abdicated his throne for American divorcee Wallis Simpson.

Dressed down in a floppy hat, braided hair and an Undefeated track jacket, Madonna seemed right at home on the set.

The production, which stars Abbie Cornish as Wallis Simpson and James D'Arcy as her King, is currently lensing in Villefranche, France, where Madge (who also wrote the script) seems completely absorbed in her latest directorial effort.

Madonna seems to be spending more and more time behind the camera. In addition to directing 2008's Filth and Wisdom and writing and producing the documentary, I Am Because We Are, Madge recently directed Taylor Momsen in a shoot for her clothing line, Material Girl, a collaboration with daughter Lourdes.

Lady GaGa is gracing the cover of September's British Vanity Fair, clad only in a long gray wig.

In a photo shot by Nick Knight, GaGa looks surprising subdued, with pale makeup and flashing a peace sign for the camera.

The pop star and fashion icon is currently on the road for her Monster Ball 2010 tour headed for a show in Phoenix tomorrow night, where she took a day off to pose in the hot Arizona desert clad in leather:



"Days off in the AZ Desert: Cactus fashion + Tequila. Can't make me take off my leather, I would rather faint and die of glamour," she tweeted.
