Jennifer Aniston has obtained a restraining order against a man who was taken into custody last week after cops found a sharp object, a roll of duct tape and declarations of love for Aniston, some of which are carved into his car!

Aniston's rep tells us that the man was "nowhere near her home" when he was picked up for evaluation (despite other reports), but the court docs say that he was in a location frequented by Jennifer.

The man, Jason Peyton, apparently believes he's in a relationship with the Friends star and spent eight days looking for Aniston on a cross-country mission.

He's also been deemed mentally ill and placed on a 5150 hold following his arrest.

As a condition of the restraining order, Peyton may not come within 100 yards of Aniston's home, work and car(s). He also must stay away from her employees and various reps.

Megan Fox showed off her ginormous wedding ring at VH1's Do Something Awards last night.

The newlywed, who has been married less than a month, flashed a smile as bright as her ring at the ceremony, which celebrates celebs and civilians alike who make a commitment to social change.

Fox and longtime boyfriend Brian Austin Green married on June 24th in an intimate ceremony in Hawaii, with Green's son Kassius as their only witness.

Last night's big celebrity winners were Christina Applegate who won the Do Something Kick Ass for Survival Award, Kellan Lutz who got the Do Something for the Animals award and Snoop Dogg, who won Do Something for the Kids.

A Lynwood spokesperson just stepped out to say a few words on how Lindsay Lohan was processed into the facility where she'll be spending the next 90 days or so.

"As with any other inmate, Ms. Lohan was treated just like any other," he said, adding "Inside, it's business as usual."

Which we're guessing means full body search, mugshot, shower then a brand spanking new jumpsuit.

Lindsay Lohan left the Beverly Hills courthouse at 9:06am to head to the Lynwood Correctional Facility, and X17 snapped the first shots of the actress in the police car.

The 24-year-old starlet was accompanied by an officer in the back seat, and despite the fact that she's set to start serving a 90 day sentence today, Lindsay was doing a pretty good job maintaining her composure!

8:48am: Lindsay is handcuffed and carted away.

8:46am: All cameras are shut off as a nervous Lindsay is taken into court custody.

8:42am: Judge Marsha Revel orders Lindsay to be remanded and to report to rehab within 24 hours of being released from prison.

8:41am: Shawn Chapman Holley clarifies that Robert Shapiro was only acting as a "consultant" and not Lindsay's attorney.

Lindsay Lohan is currently in court to surrender herself to Judge Marsha Revel and begin her 90 day jail sentence for violating the probation of her 2007 DUI charge.

Michael Lohan just made a quick statement via his attorney Lisa Bloom.

"Michael spent the morning praying for his daughter. He's devastated she's going to jail. He loves her very much and he'll pray for her."

Lisa Bloom tells X17online that Michael did get the chance to tell Lindsay he loved her today, but that she turned away.
