Jesse James and Janine Lindemulder just battled it out in court over whether or not Mr. James can take their daughter Sunny to live in Texas.

The judge ruled in Jesse's favor which would allow him to move their young daughter out of California.

Jesse and Janine will continue with joint legal custody ... with Jesse maintaining physical custody of the little girl.

In the meantime, Janine will be allowed custody of Sunny until school begins in Texas.

Jamie and Lynne Spears were snapped leaving Rite Aid in LA yesterday, and Brit's mom and dad were definitely having an intense talk about something! Their daughter's conservatorship, perhaps? Or were they quarreling about coupons?

Michael Lohan says that in order for Lindsay to recover from this entire ordeal, she must get off the prescription drugs first. While at the Lynwood Correctional Facility, Lilo will be allowed to continue taking a number of her prescription meds ... something Michael says he's strongly against.

Lindsay's dad is also taking on his critics who claim that he's in Lindsay's life for the fame and money.

When asked how Lindsay will do behind bars, Lohan says, "It's going to be tough."

Eva Longoria got down and dirty for a good cause yesterday at the Makeover Madness charity event to raise funds for Rally for Kids with Cancer.

The star was hanging out with kids doing sidewalk chalk drawings at BFF Ken Paves's salon in West Hollywood.

Oksana Grigorieva arrived at a Beverly Hills hotel today as the most damning tape yet -- including reports of a murder-suicide plot -- was leaked.

Walking into the Beverly Hilton, Oksana can be seen looking very nervous as she heads to the front desk, then borrows a phone, anxiously glancing back at the entrance every few seconds.

New reports surfaced today that claim in addition to hitting Oksana twice while she was holding the baby, he also pulled a gun to her head and threatened to kill her, Lucia, her son Sasha, 12 and himself.

The report claims that all this went down on January 6th, after Oksana returned from a basketball game with Sasha to the Malibu house where Mel was waiting with Lucia.

He began cursing her out before hitting her twice in the bedroom, which knocked out her front teeth, according to Radar. After she fell back on the bed, Mel apparently began choking her and when she was able to get free and start to run away, Mel supposedly pulled a gun on her and leveled the threats.

Oksana eventually escaped, barefoot and in pajamas, with her two children, according to the report.

Sasha was apparently witness to the entire thing and was interviewed by the authorities last week.
