Lindsay Lohan is due to arrive at court any minute now, and we're waiting to see whether or not she's going to try to fight her 90 day jail sentence. Given the fact that attorney Robert Shapiro is no longer representing her (Shawn Chapman Holley is going to be with her today) and Judge Marsha Revel has made it clear that Lindsay must do her jail time, we can't imagine there's any way she's going to be able to weasel out of this!

Yesterday, Kennedy assassination expert and author Mark Lane paid a visit to Oksana Grigorieva at her home.

Accompanied by Oksana's rep, Stephen Jaffe, Lane was mum on whether or not he was brought in to prove that the recently released photo of Oksana's teeth knocked out really was the result of a blow from Mel, but as the couple heads to court this morning, an even more damning tape was released.

Michael Lohan arrived at LAX last night before daughter Lindsay is due to turn herself in today, and when asked about lawyer Robert Shapiro resigning from her case, Michael said, "He knows he made a bad decision -- he didn't have her best interest in mind."

Lindsay Lohan left Pickford Lofts sober house early this morning around 3:30 am and returned to her Beverly Hills apartment to spend the last few hours before she is scheduled to turn herself in this morning at the Beverly Hills courthouse to begin her 90-day sentence at Lynwood Correctional Facility just outside of Los Angeles.

Lilo's mother Dina, assistant Eleanor, her sister Ali, her friend/maybe girlfriend Eilat Anschel and some miscellaneous friends helped move her belongings out of the West Hollywood facility not long after her attorney Robert Shapiro -- the founder of Pickford House -- dropped Lindsay as his client, leaving Lohan without legal representation for today's court date.



Lindsay Tweeted about her troubles, of course, saying: "The only 'bookings' that i'm familiar with are Disney Films, never thought that i'd be 'booking' into jail ... eeeks."

Britney Spears was snapped shopping at Polachek's Jewelers yesterday in Calabasas, and not only did the pop princess look like a vision in white, but it seems like a little retail therapy was just what the doctor ordered! Oh, how we've missed that smile...and the tame hair!

Katie Holmes posed for pictures at the NYC premiere of her new movie The Extra Man, and while she looks positively radiant, I'm not sure how I feel about the striped sweater dress. She does pull the look off quite well and I applaud her for taking a casual approach at an event where most of the ladies are stuffed into chiffon and bandage dresses, but I'm bothered by the fact that the sleeves could be longer and a bit more fitted.

Sure, it's cute for a lunch date with little miss Suri, but given how stunning Katie looks here, you'd think she'd want her outfit to match her flawless skin and lustrous locks! What would Jackie O say?!
