Less than 24 hours before Lindsay Lohan is set to turn herself in and start a 90 day jail sentence, it's being reported that attorney Robert Shapiro is no longer representing the actress.

When X17online contacted Shapiro's reps, they said they hadn't been able to confirm it with him as he had not yet returned their calls, but that it was "most likely true." Shapiro confirmed on Friday that he would represent Lindsay if she agreed to serve her jail time and follow his orders, and while it is not known why Shapiro quit, it appears as though Lindsay believes she can still fight the jail sentence. Then again, maybe not?



TMZ reports that Shawn Chapman Holley never signed a substitution of attorney form to get out of the case, which means she may be the one handling Lindsay's big day tomorrow. Fun!

Tomorrow is the day Lindsay Lohan is set to surrender herself to the court and begin serving her 90 day jail sentence.

But after hiring superstar attorney Robert Shapiro and spending the last few days before lockdown in a sober living facility, we're wondering if Judge Marsha Revel will take pity on Lindsay and give her a last minute reprieve!

Shapiro has already told X17online that a condition of his repping her was that she she "complies with all of the terms of her probation, including a requirement of jail time that was imposed by Judge Marsha Revel," but why hire a powerhouse attorney if you don't want him to try and work some magic and maybe get your sentence reduced?

Plus, he's already admitted that Lindsay needs addiction treatment, so perhaps he'll be able to persuade the judge to limit her sentencing to just rehab, no jail, especially since she's been such a good girl over the past few days.

Of course, this all may have to happen AFTER Lindsay is locked up, when Shapiro will be able to petition for a reduced sentenced.

In any event, X17online will be at the courthouse to capture all the action LIVE! Just a reminder, although cameras will be allowed inside the courthouse, they'll have to be switched off the minute Lindsay is cuffed and hauled away.

Good news for firecrotch fanatics all over the world -- it's been confirmed that Lindsay Lohan will bare all for her upcoming Linda Lovelace biopic Inferno.

Director Matthew Wilder has confirmed that there will be "full frontal nudity," but it won't be excessive or out of context. “It’s not a porn movie, it’s an artistic movie about a porn star,” Wilder told Radar. “We will not see Lindsay performing oral sex, but there could be some clever play with black boxes or other cinematic tricks that the viewer may see.”

Production is set to begin after Lindsay serves her 90 day jail sentence and completes 90 days of rehab, and though Wilder hasn't spoken to his star in a few days he added, “Everybody is hoping she will be released sooner than that.”

She only just turned the big 3-0 but Jessica Simpson is already feeling the effects of being over the hill.
