Looks like LeAnn Rimes' ex hubby, Dean Sheremet, has clearly moved on. The former dancer-turned-chef is moving in with his new girlfriend, photographer Sarah Silver, according to UsMagazine.com.

Sheremet, 29, recently graduated from the French Culinary Institute and is currently a chef at Nobu 57 in New York.

A source tells the site, "They are a really good fit. She's talented, hard-working and smart. She's met his family and friends. She's a good girl."

Sheremet and Rimes filed for divorce last December after her affair with actor Eddie Cibrian surfaced.

Victoria's Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio took her little Anja to the park in Malibu yesterday to beat the heat.

Mom and daughter had fun frolicking in the sand, while still staying cool and gorge.

Jen, along with her father John lend their voices to the story, which teaches kids that they can do anything they set their mind to when they grow up. Jen's narration can be found on the CD that accompanies the book, and a percentage of the profits benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

We've heard how crazy Mel sounds on the leaked tapes of his convos with baby mama Oksana Grigorieva, but another woman is coming forward saying she got the same treatment from the movie star!

Alleged Gibson ex-girlfriend Violet Kowal, who makes sure to let everyone know she's not a Polish porn star but a "fitness model" (is that what they're called in Poland?) said Mel was abusive to her during their short relationship. Which happened, by the way, while he was still with Oksana.

“He never hit me, but after the media found out about our relationship he got very abusive,” Violet told Fox’s Geraldo At Large last night. “He called me up screaming at me and threatening. He said that he would make me suffer.”

Mel and Oksana are currently caught up in the most contentious custody battle Hollywood may have ever seen. Although Violet doesn't have the same evidence of verbal abuse as Oksana does, she does say she has "phone records" of the phone calls.

Think they may call Violet to the witness stand?

Saturday, Hpnotiq toasted Vienna Girardi and her newly single status with a “Single & Fabulous” party at TAO Beach, but in Vienna's case, we think it should have been a "Single and Fabulous Question Mark" party!

Vienna was joined at the hot pool party by pals Ashleigh Hunt, who also competed for Jake Pavelka’s love on The Bachelor, Amber Lancaster from MTV’s The Hard Times of RJ Berger, and Jesse Csincsak, who won the fourth season of The Bachelorette.

Vienna has been enjoying the single life since splitting with Bachelor Jake, but probably none so much as she did in Vegas over the weekend!

After the fabulous Tao beach party, she and her girls hit the town at LAVO lounge. Ahh to be single and fabulous question mark!
