Jesse James testified against his porn star ex wife Janine Lindemulder in an Orange County courthouse today, explaining that their daughter 6-year-old Sunny "would be staying with her stepmother in Texas" while he was in rehab.

And you know that was a rough time for Sandy, so props to her!

Also interesting to note, emails filed as court evidence expose Janine's fears that Sandra Bullock is becoming too important to daughter Sunny: "All Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! Wtf?!"

The court hearing concerned Jesse James wanting to relocate his fam to Austin to be closer to Sandra Bullock and her adopted son, Louis.

It's rare that we see the Playboy playmate putting on her mom hat - check out Sand and her three daughters at LAX over the weekend looking as gorgeous as can be... think they'll grow up to be models like their mom?

A TV producer has acquired the rights to Kitty Kelley's biography of the queen of all media, Oprah Winfrey, which paints the talk show host as a liar, closet lesbian and a former prostitute.

Producer Larry A. Thompson plans on turning the book into a mini-series that will air in September of 2011, which is right around the time Oprah will retire her show.

Although Thompson tells Deadline Hollywood that he plans on hiring an "unknown" to play the diva, we think casting some more famous actresses to play Oprah and longtime friend Gayle King might make the lesbian scenes a little easier to bear!

The actor, 39, is talking about keeping that rockin' bod over the years, telling the mag:

"When I first started training, I was trying to lift the gym. As much weight as possible, all day, every day. I worked so hard to get in shape. I might as well maintain it.”

The Portuguese edition of Playboy has been canceled after a scandalous photoshoot featuring Cisco Adler a man posing as Jesus with topless models was splashed across the cover of its July issue.

Playboy spokesperson Theresa Hennessy said in a statement, "We did not see or approve the cover and pictorial in the July issue of Playboy Portugal. It is a shocking breach of our standards and we would have not allowed it to be published if we had seen it in advance."

In the new issue of Essence, Janet Jackson says she's happier with her body now than she was three decades ago, and the 44-year-old singer says she was embarrassed about her developing body during her time on the TV series Good Times.

Poor Janet had to wear a bandage under her shirt to hide her chest, and she recalls the experience. "I started developing at a young age. They didn't tell me that they were going to do this," she says. "They just did it as I was getting dressed for the first show. So under the little sweatshirt, that Band-Aid is wrapped around my chest to make me look flatter. That plays tricks here [she points to her head]. You're an innocent kid and you immediately start thinking how you look naturally isn't good enough. It really affected me, up until now."

Janet says she has changed her attitude, "There comes a time when you don't give an F what people say or think. You just do your thing because it's finally about you and not in a selfish way but in a great way." Jackson is currently writing "True You," a self-help book with exercise and diet tips. Janet says, "I wanted to write this book because I wanted kids to have something to read and know that that they are beautiful as they are. It took me a good minute to get here. It really did. But I love my life. I only wish I had this confidence when I was younger."

Christina Milian and her husband of ten months, The-Dream have decided to separate, after photos of the producer groping and kissing his assistant Melissa Santiago in the Caribbean surfaced online today.

His rep released the following statement:

"Terius 'The-Dream' Nash is saddened to announce that his marriage to Christina Milian was unsuccessful. The couple reached this decision in late 2009, but decided to keep the news private in efforts to protect their baby daughter Violet. They ask for consideration and respect for their family moving forward."

The scandalous snapshots of The-Dream appeared on numerous websites earlier this morning, and about 4 hours ago Christina tweeted, "WHATEVER YOU THINK.. BELIEVE IT."

So sad! The couple have a 5-month-old daughter Violet, and while we can't imagine how awful this must be for all parties involved, hopefully Ms. Milian will get a dreamy divorce settlement for all her heartache...
