Megan Fox will not be appearing in the third installment of the mega successful Transformers franchise, as Paramount has decided not to pick up the actress' option to star in the film.

Deadline.com reports that this was "ultimately" director Michael Bay's decision, and right now he's working with writer Ehren Kruger to complete the script which gives Megan's co-star Shia LaBeouf "a new love interest [that] makes more sense for the story."

After Megan compared Michael to suggesting that she was back for good!

Calls to Megan's rep haven't been returned, but Paramount has confirmed the news, and a totally fake Paramount Films Twitter account says, "The real reason we did not pick up Megan Fox's option for Transformers 3 is because we think that Marilyn Monroe tattoo on her arm is stupid." Hopefully Megan learned her lesson, but you can bet every reporter is going to ask about this when she starts doing press to promote Jonah Hex, which hits theaters on June 18.

Mean Girls drama is spilling over into real life!

First Amanda Seyfried tells Teen Vogue she isn't sure if boyfriend Dominic Cooper is "the one," then rumors started to spread this morning about Lindsay Lohan and Dominic getting "flirty" at a Cannes party last night... and now Amanda and Dominic are "on a break"!

"They [Amanda and Dominic] have been on and off for a long time," a source tells Us. "Right now, they are taking some space from each other." And of course, the source claims that the two "are still very good friends."

But a witness at the Belvedere party at club LeBaron in Cannes also tells Us that "it definitely looked like something was going on" between Lindsay and Dominic last night.

X17 cameras caught the two lovebirds last December while they were leaving La Cantine restaurant in Paris, France.

A source tells X17online exclusively that Janet is now in London with Wissam while she promotes Why Did I Get Married Too? "During this trip, they've gotten really close. She's never been happier," adds the source.

Janet previously dated Jermaine Dupri on and off for seven years, but the two split up for good last year.

As for her work, we're told Janet will be the opening act on July 2 for the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans.

Simon Cowell is sitting down with Oprah for her The Oprah Winfrey Show airing tomorrow. The 50-year-old American Idol judge is sharing a cup of tea with Lady O and discussing kids.

When asked if there's going to be little Simons running around soon, he tells Oprah, "I worry about that because of my age."

As for whether he has the patience to be the father that he'd like to be, Cowell jokes, "If they could be born at the age of 5."

During tomorrow's show, Simon also discusses his Idol replacement, The X Factor and working with Ellen DeGeneres.
