Amanda Seyfried - Hollywood's "It" girl of the moment - talks to Self mag this month about her diet and exercise routine.

"I used to live, eat and sleep by an exercise schedule, and I couldn't enjoy myself if I didn't exercise," Seyfried explains. "And then I realized, what a waste of time! My soft parts are probably never going away."

She even adds, "At the end of the day, if you can't have a Girl Scout cookie and a piece of cheese, what is life all about?" Damn, she sounds so healthy and together, right?

So how come we've already spotted the actress working out Saturday, Sunday AND yesterday! Obsessive much?

I dunno what actresses Hayden Panettiere and Michelle Rodriguez were doing at the World Music Awards together, but they certainly looked chummy on the red carpet!

Last night we spotted the Playboy model leaving Tuesday night hotspot MyStudio, and even though I'll never give her face a ten (or even a 6 for that matter), I'd kill for her stems!

But who will she be wrapping them around next? We haven't seen her out with any dudes lately, but her ex-boyfriend Brody Jenner is practically ready to move in with new lady love Avril Lavigne. I mean, they've already gotten matching tattoos that say "f*ck", so you know they're serious about each other!

Whew! Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene have resolved their salary dispute with Summit Entertainment, and the two have officially signed on for Breaking Dawn, the final installment of the Twilight franchise.

Greene and Lutz are getting somewhere around $1.25 million for each of the final movies, according to The Hollywood Reporter, and an official announcement from the studio on whether the film will be split in two is expected very soon.

Both of the stars were reportedly asking for up to $4 million per film, which is a huge amount, but when you consider that Rob and Kristen are supposedly banking 8 figure salaries for their roles, it seems like it was worth the shot!
