With headlines today announcing Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce, Jesse James is clearly on edge this morning. So much so, he just went crazy on one of our photographers.

As the media waited outside West Coast Choppers to catch a glimpse of Jesse, the boss man stepped out to get a coffee at his own Cisco Burger down the block and to have a word with photographers ... but he wasn't commenting on the breakup of his marriage, instead he yelled at the press to get away from him and leave him alone. And when an X17 photographer reminded Jesse he was just doing his job and that he has the right to be there, Jesse snapped and started screaming and threatening our shooter.

Our photographer tells us:

"It was really scary, honestly. I've never seen Jesse that upset. But I was mad too -- I mean, he's in the news and I'm just there doing my job and I wasn't going to back down. I told Jesse to do what he had to do and it looked like it took every drop of restraint he had not to punch me in the face."

Jesse stepped out of Cisco Burger and told our videographer to leave or he'd call the police and have him arrested for stalking. Jesse said he had one photographer arrested on those charges already, while our guy reminded him that's not true. James countered by telling him to get off his property and our photographer reminded him the sidewalk is public property. Jesse repeatedly shoved our guy's camera and continued to threaten to "f*ck [him] up."

Jesse then sent one of his employees running after another photographer while someone from his shop called the police. Police are on the scene and no charges have been filed.

"I don't brush them every day," Jessica admits. "Maybe three times a week."

Yuck! Still, she insists to "always have fresh breath." And what does she use instead of a toothbrush sometimes? "A shirt or something." TMI!
