We spotted Lindsay Lohan at the Star Magazine party at Voyeur last night, and after that the party princess headed over to Drai's at the W Hotel, where ex-lady love Samantha Ronson was reportedly DJing.

At the end of the night, Linds went to Wendy's with her assistant and of course, she caused her fair share of drama there too. Cops were called to the scene after a photog got into a shouting match with a man pretending to be Lindsay's bodyguard, and after a brief chat Lindsay and her entourage were on their way.

What are the odds she's going to hit up Voyeur tonight? Pretty good!

And to be honest, I'm a little surprised! Considering the fact that she's working with Nicholas Sparks for her first non-Hannah Montana film role, you'd think Miley's movie would at least be well-reviewed on its own terms...

But The Last Song currently has a 13% fresh rating at Rotten Tomatoes (which gathers together all major critics reviews) and the consensus reads: "As shamelessly manipulative as any Nicholas Sparks production, The Last Song is done no favors by its miscast and overmatched star, Miley Cyrus."

Ouch! This doesn't bode well for Miss Miley, who keeps talking about how she's done with music and just wants "to work in movies."

Think this flick will be a hit regardless? I know I'll see it!

Aaron Carter is engaged yet again, this time to his 19-year-old girlfriend Maile Hochuli, 19.

The couple have reportedly been friends for years, but they just started dating in early 2010. A source tells Star mag:

"Aaron took Maile to the movie Alice in Wonderland, which she has been dying to see. She didn't get to see the end of the movie though because Aaron got down on a knee and proposed with a beautiful pear shaped diamond ring! Maile was completely overjoyed and said yes immediately!"

Aaron was previously engaged to Playboy model and Eric Dane/Rebecca Gayheart sex tape partner Kari Ann Peniche for a week in 2006.

Remember when Ryan O'Neal hit on his daughter Tatum at Farrah Fawcett's funeral? "I was just trying to be funny with a strange Swedish woman, and it's my daughter. It's so sick," he later explained. Ick. That's all I think of when I see the two of 'em together now!

Ryan and Tatum dined out at Madeo last night and posed for pix in front of the paps. Talk about awkward!

Janet Jackson will appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show tomorrow to promote the upcoming Tyler Perry movie, Why Did I Get Married Too?

Since last month, Janet and Tyler have been on an all-out media blitz promoting the flick. Just this morning, her smile lit up the set of Live with Regis and Kelly. Whew...girl is busy!

Last night Aubrey O'Day posed for pictures after dinner at Katsuya, and I am sooo indifferent about her hair, makeup and dress. She doesn't look bad, but it seems like she's in serious need of a makeover! Or perhaps a makeunder? We think a little less makeup, more natural hair and a simple cotton sundress would have been a better bet!
