Before hitting the clubs looking like a hot mess (or a demon from a M. Night Shyamalan flick, depending on your definition of hotness), Lindsay Lohan was snapped at her court mandated alcohol education class.

Still no sign of a PETA sign in Nadya "Octomom" Suleman's front yard. But not to worry ... PETA tells X17online exclusively that they're "still working out the details with Nadya's lawyers."

Earlier this week, Octomom accepted an offer from PETA to put a sign in her front yard reading, "Don't Let Your Dog or Cat Become an Octomom. Always Spay or Neuter." The People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals hopes this will call attention to the animal overpopulation crisis.

Even though the ad blatantly makes fun of the mother of fourteen, it appears money talks. CNN reports that Suleman will pocket $5000 and "a one month's supply of veggie burgers and veggie dogs for her whole family."

We can't wait to see the sign on Nadya's lawn. No doubt, she'll probably pose for photos holding three kids in one hand and a veggie burger in the other!

I'm more of a fan of Aaron Eckhart when he's clean shaven, but even with Gerard Butler's facial hair, he's still smokin' hot! We spotted the actor grabbing groceries at Bristol Farms yesterday, and he wasn't exactly red carpet ready, but who cares? We like him just the way he is!

Last night Alessandra Ambrosio was joined by the Madden brothers, Leonardo DiCaprio, Nicole Richie, Russell Brand, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan and Kat Von D at Trousdale to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the Victoria's Secret Swim catalog. Of course, she was the best looking one there, but she's a VS model...what else would you expect?

John Mayer took a minute to address the crowd last night during his nearly sold-out show at Staples Center.

The rocker's been relatively quiet since comments in his Playboy interview sparked outrage from the public, toning down his tweets and eschewing more interviews.

Instead, Mayer decided to speak out from a place he feels very comfortable: the stage.

"I've had my heart filled up here, I've had my heart broken here, and still I can't stop coming back to you," he told the crowd.

Now why can't he speak that emotionally and eloquently when he's talking to reporters?

After the show, we caught the now-demure songbird at Largo, where he certainly wasn't singing for the cameras...

Mischa Barton showed off her thick legs and bare face outside of the She & Him show at the El Rey last night.

Wearing a short polka-dot romper, tights, bright red lipstick and not much else, the former OC hottie may not have the perfect figure, but at least she seems to be comfortable with it!
