Now the LA Coroner's Office tells MTV News that it will not only perform an autopsy, but also conduct an investigation into the death.

There's been some contradictory information about the time of death - originally the police department said it was 3:38 am while the coroner's office said it was at 2:15 am.

Coroner assistant chief Ed Winter confirms to Us that while there were "no illicit drugs found" at Corey's home - where he was initially discovered by his mother, who called 911 - there were "four prescription bottles taken."

When Farrah Fawcett was left out of the "In Memoriam" tribute at the Academy Awards on Sunday, her family and fans alike were understandably disappointed.

Though Leslie Unger, spokeswoman for the Academy refused to apologize, stating, "I would not say that it was an oversight," Bruce Davis, who was responsible for the segment (and has been 1993) has issued a formal apology.

Davis says:

"There's nothing you can say to people, particularly to family members, within a day or two of the show that helps at all. They tend to be surprised and hurt, and we understand that and we're sorry for it."

Kim Kardashian indulged in a little retail therapy on Robertson yesterday afternoon, stopping by Intermix and Vionnet to satisfy her fashion fix. Lindsay Lohan was "extremely upset" and "sobbing uncontrollably" after she saw the now infamous E-Trade Super Bowl commercial about a milkaholic, boyfriend-stealing baby named Lindsay.

As you know, Lindsay is suing the company for $100 million for using her name without permission (her lawyer argues that she has single name recognition like Madonna), and mom Dina tells the NY Post, "They're little babies doing this, mocking another child who's just trying to survive Hollywood, basically. I'm just basically glad I took a stand. I'm not going to let them do this to us anymore."

So basically, what Dina is saying is that 23-year-old Lindsay is still a child? Basically...
