Samantha Ronson went to the Chateau Marmont last night to spin at a pre-Oscar party, and she was joined by celebs like Gerard Butler and Hayden Panettiere. Even though she's not with a certain famous ex-girlfriend anymore, it doesn't look like that's affecting her ability to get A-list DJ gigs these days.

Lindsay recently revealed she's still in love with Sam, but it looks like Sam's doing juuuust fine without her. So when are we going to get a peek at her new girlfriend, hmm?

The 49-year-old actor has helped provide aid to the Haiti relief effort - he visited the nation, brought 11 doctors with him and even established a private organization - and critics are saying his efforts are hypocritical: After all, he's just gone through a nasty split with wife Robin Wright. Isn't he just doing this to repair his image?

So in an interview with CBS News' Sunday Morning, Sean Penn has this to say:

"I guess I've been so away from it all - and our tent camp in Haiti that I haven't had an awful lot of time to pay attention to them. You know, do I hope that those people die screaming of rectal cancer? Yeah. You know, but I'm not going to spend a lot of energy on it."

Ouch! Sure, he may not be the best husband, but it takes a lot of courage to actually venture over to Haiti and do the work yourself. He's a celeb - what's wrong with using your power for a good cause?

Jermaine Jackson finally breaks his silence about the stun gun incident involving his 13-year old son Jaafar. While speaking to a Dutch TV show, Jermaine revealed that the stun gun was intended to be a gift from his teenage son. He says:

"He was getting this little thing for me. And somehow, someone alerted the press and it got out of hand. There was no encounter with Blanket or anything. It was just to create talk. But my son feels very, very bad because he had told me that he was going to get me something online and then before we left to come out here and somehow it just got out of hand, but Blanket is fine."

As we previously reported, the Jackson family tells X17 exclusively that they believe the children's nanny Grace Rwaramba tipped off the LA County Department of Children and Family Services about the stun gun in order to discredit Katherine Jackson as a fit guardian. They also believe Rwaramba provided video for the story to a tabloid website.

X17online can report exclusively that the Jackson family suspects the children's nanny Grace Rwaramba is the leak from within their Encino home, who made the initial call to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services. She's also suspected of spilling information to a tabloid website.

Our Jackson family source tells us that "Grace is trying to get custody of Michael's kids while trying to paint Katherine as an unfit guardian. She's throwing it in Katherine's face! The children absolutely despise Grace."

The source tells us Michael Jackson fired Rwaramba five times. Once the singer died, the nanny made her return to the Hayvenhurst home and was kicked off the property by Michael's younger brother, Randy. Sources tell us that Katherine is afraid to get rid of Rwaramba because she has been threatening to write a tell-all book.

The recent stun gun incident involving Jermaine Jackson's 13-year old son Jaafar has brought to the forefront the strained relationship between the former nanny and the Jackson family.

A video showing Jaafar Jackson pushing his 9-year old brother Jermajesty was sold to a website recently and X17online has been told that the Jackson family believes Grace Rwaramba released this tape.

Since the stun gun story "leaked," Rwaramba has been mysteriously absent from the home. Jackson family sources tell X17 that her days are numbered.

The security guard you saw putting a photographer in a choke hold at last Saturday's Bachelor wedding has been identified as Antonio Revilla, the CEO of O&R Protective Services. X17online has learned that O&R security was hired by Next Entertainment (the production company owned by Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss).

Revilla and his staff used physical force to push photographers off the public property adjacent to the Terranea Resort, going as far as pushing one shooter to the ground (with his super expensive camera and lens in hand) and having three men restrain him (even though he wasn't fighting back) until police could arrive. We've reached Mr. Revilla and he tells us, "I have no comment. I don't know what you're talking about. Please don't call back here."

The Lomita Sheriff's Department took the two men from the guards, who made citizen's arrests. Photographers Maximiliano Lopes and Eric Brogmus were taken into custody and charged with blocking public access, a misdemeanor. Brogmus was also charged with battery.

The District Attorney reviewed the case and dropped all charges, claiming insufficient evidence. But the LASD say the case is ongoing within their department.

X17online can report exclusively that Revilla now claims he was "hit" by Brogmus after asking the photographers to leave what he had called a "private" area. But according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, "the path is clearly a public path." The land is an easement for public access to the beach.

Two other security guards from O&R have been named in the police report, but the LASD say since it's an ongoing investigation, their names have not been released.

As we previously reported, the photographers are considering a lawsuit against the security team for unnecessary force.
