Charlie Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller has checked into a rehabilitation facility in Malibu for substance abuse, according to E! News.

After drug rumors surfaced last month, Brooke checked into Two Dreams Outer Banks rehab facility in North Carolina, though her rep claims she was there to recuperate from pneumonia and emergency oral surgery.

Now it's being reported that Brooke checked into The Canyon treatment center in Malibu on February 9, just one day after Charlie was charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief for their Christmas day scuffle.

Talk about a royal upset!

Prince William is on the cover of the new issue of Hello! magazine, and while we love the smirk on his face and his hot bod, we're not sure what's going on with his hair! We've never seen locks this dark on the future king of England, so this has to be the result of hair in a can, a bad dye job, some major photoshopping or a toupee. Or all of the above?

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt packed up their bags and headed to the airport to return to LA after a fun-filled vacay in Brazil.

And yes, her interview took place before John called her "sexual napalm," so it's pretty obvious to us that she could care less what he's running his mouth about these days!

On John Mayer:

“He didn’t make me go brunette! John doesn’t get credit for making me brunette. He’d like to think so, but he doesn’t deserve the credit.”

On turning 30:

Nickelodeon announced their 23rd Annual Kids' Choice Awards nominations this morning, and not surprisingly, The Twilight Saga: New Moon, Taylor Lautner, Miley Cyrus, Jonas Brothers and Taylor Swift all snagged noms, but Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart were left out in the cold!

The Twilight Saga: New Moon is up for Favorite Movie while Taylor Lautner will be battling Zac Efron, Shia LaBeouf and Tyler Perry in the Favorite Movie Actor category.

Miley Cyrus is up for four this year, Favorite Female Singer, Favorite Movie Actress, Favorite TV Actress and Favorite Song (for "Party in the U.S.A."). The Jo Bros are up for Favorite Music Group, while brothers Joe and Nick are each up for Favorite TV Actor for their show JONAS.

Taylor will compete with Miley for Favorite Song (for "You Belong to Me") and will do battle once again with Beyonce and Lady Gaga in the Favorite Female Singer category.

The show will air March 27th and will be hosted by Kevin James.
