After X17online published pix of Lindsay's very noticeable mouth sore, Lilo has returned to Twitter to issue a denial, this time complete with an accompanying pic!

"Why are all of my friends asking me if I have a cut on my lip? Lol coz I don't," she tweeted late last night before posting the pic as proof. "see! my lips are just as they've always been :) lol-it's nuts that i feel the need to give proof!" she tweeted minutes later.

Now, we don't know if the blemish on her lovely lips was a cut, a cold sore, or as a result of a smack from Samantha, but we do know it was there on Wednesday night! And Lindsay hasn't been exactly accurate when it comes to her Twitter denials in the past.
