The 16th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards are underway at the Shrine Exhibition Hall in Los Angeles, and so far 30 Rock and Mad Men have taken home the big TV awards, with Inglourious Basterds leading the way in the film categories. So far the winners are:

Who knew these two were BFFs?!

After the Hope for Haiti Now telethon, we spotted Reese Witherspoon and Cameron Diaz chatting it up outside of the Tower Bar at the Sunset Tower Hotel in Los Angeles. Reese and Cam, along with fellow A-listers like George Clooney, Jennifer Aniston, Gerard Butler and Leonardo DiCaprio mingled at the impromptu afterparty late into the night.

And she's thinking outside the box, y'all!

Britney Spears will auction off the silver Atelier Versace dress that she wore to the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards, and the proceeds will go to Haitian earthquake victims.

Yesterday Britney and her father Jamie appeared at LA County Superior Court, and while they discussed the conservatorship, they also handled the issue of the charitable donation. The court official approved Jamie's request to donate the sexy vintage frock as it is an item that is "no longer useful to Ms. Spears or her estate."

Samuel Ingham, Britney's court appointed attorney added, "[Britney] is perfectly satisfied with her daddy dealing with this property. She was very enthusiastic with the donation to Haiti relief. We are looking forward to making progress with the conservatorship."

Kanye: No sweetheart, you look stunning.

Amber Rose: You know K, I think people care more about my Rose McGowan rip off dress than you not being at that Haiti telethon! I mean, I've pretty much become more famous and popular than you these days...

Kanye: Yes dear, you've certainly come a long way from the stripper pole.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt were spotted in Park City, Utah last night, and the lovebirds simply could NOT stop giggling! Good to see that these two aren't turning into an old married couple anytime soon - they're totes still in the honeymoon phase!

It's pretty amazing how just about every major A and B-list celebrity participated in last night's Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief. From Tom Cruise to Jennifer Aniston, along with performances by Madonna and Rihanna, the telethon was a huge success, raising millions and millions of dollars. Exact numbers haven't yet been announced, but according to Indiana University's Center on Philanthropy, total donations from America in the last two weeks have reached $377 million, and an estimated half of that could be coming from Hope for Haiti.

Andy Dick was arrested in West Virginia this morning on two felony charges of sexual abuse, according to the Huntington Police Department.

The comedian was in town for performances at the Funny Bone Comedy Club in Huntington, and the police have confirmed that he's still being held at Western Regional Jail and he is expected to be arraigned early this afternoon.
