Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick were spotted leaving the opening night of Present Laughter at the Roundabout Theater in NYC, and it looks like the proud parents enjoyed a night off from kiddo duty.

We caught Jay-Z leaving his Paris hotel for a fashion week event, and we were surprised to see him rolling solo! We know Beyonce's there with him, so maybe he was taking a brief break from his wifey? Hey, there's nothing wrong with a little me time, and I'm sure B didn't mind sending J off into the photog frenzy outside of the Meurice Hotel.

James Franco was spotted leaving a deli in Park City, Utah yesterday, and even though he's bundled up and not sporting a D&G suit, he still looks yummy!

James is currently at the Sundance Film Festival to promote his new flick Howl, which has already been getting great buzz from critics. James plays Allen Ginsberg, the writer whose poem (titled "Howl," in case you didn't know) landed him in court over charges of obscenity.

Britney Spears had a progress report for her conservatorship at the Los Angeles County Superior Courthouse this afternoon, and she arrived just before 1:30pm in a white Cadillac Escalade.

The pop princess entered the courtroom through the judge's hallway door around 1:45pm, and she was all smiles as she walked in behind her father Jamie Spears. Britney wore a gray jacket and black skirt, and reporters noted that her dark brown hair had a few blonde streaks in it.

Judge Reva Goetz granted Britney's attorneys request to seal the courtroom, which resulted in everyone being kicked out as the hearing involved personal medical information.

It's been nearly two years since Britney's father Jamie was appointed co-conservator with attorney Andrew Wallet, and the two have been in charge of Britney's life and finances ever since then. We're waiting to hear about news on the hearing, but since Brit's lawyers didn't file a petition to end the conservatorship, it doesn't look like we can expect any major announcements today.

The World Exclusive first photo of Tiger Woods in rehab is NOT Tiger!

X17 got these photos of the Tiger look alike today outside of the Pine Grove Gentle Path rehabilitation center in Mississippi, and though the man certainly resembles Tiger with his athletic build, one look at his face reveals that this is the wrong guy. From the shorts to the watch to the white Hurley tee, this is clearly the same man in both shots, and he even has a unique way of wearing his black hooded sweatshirt around his neck like a scarf.

About 20 men from the rehab center were outside exercising today, and an X17 photographer on the scene tells X17online exclusively:

"All the media outside the rehab center ran to follow this guy coming out of the building. We all knew this was the same guy that had been identified as Tiger. He had the same sweathshirt, the same baseball cap - everything. Then, we finally got a good look at his face and all the photographers looked at each other and said, 'That's not him!' We all took off."

Yup, definitely not Tiger! So is he really even there? Is this a decoy? Or is it just coincidence there's a look alike at the rehab facility? It's now been exactly two months since we've seen a single photograph of Tiger, so if he's stayed in hiding for this long, we're guessing we're not going to snap a picture of him anytime soon.

Since Tiger's rep hasn't commented on his whereabouts, and as the supposed first shot of Tiger isn't actually him, we're pretty much back to square one in terms of locating the adulterous golf pro. Given all the media attention Pine Grove has received over the past week, it's entirely possible that the barriers were erected to protect the privacy of the other patients there...

Since Brit's lawyers have not filed a petition to end the conservatorship, it doesn't look like we can expect anything major today - the judge simply wants to see how Britney is handling herself.

This is seriously scary!

Kim Kardashian has been granted a restraining order against Dennis Shaun Bowman, a man who has been allegedly stalking the reality TV star.

NYDN reports that Bowman would show up at Kim's events in LA wearing joker face paint, and he apparently believes he's in a relationship with her! At one point NYDN reports that Bowman tweeted at Kim and apologized for missing an imaginary dinner date planned in Atlanta. Sounds like the restraining order was definitely warranted!

Bowman began sending Kim creepy Twitter messages last fall, and get this - he then moved from Georgia to Calabasas, California to be closer to her! Bowman even tweeted at Kim's boyfriend Reggie Bush, and understandably, Kim says she believes Bowman is an immediate threat. Under the restraining order, Bowman must stay 500 yards away from Kim and stop contacting her.
