Dexter star Michael C. Hall has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma, he announced today. The 38-year-old actor added that his cancer is a "treatable and curable condition," and thankfully it is in complete remission.

Despite the news, Hall, who is nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Actor will be attending the ceremony this Sunday with his wife/Dexter co-star Jennifer Carpenter.
