As you know, Katy and British comedian Russell Brand officially announced their engagement last week, so a baby is the next logical step, and this totally explains the food cravings she's been tweeting about! Perhaps that's why she headed to Il Cielo after her doctor's appointment?

Robert Downey Jr. has dropped out of Cowboys & Aliens so that he can pursue the Sherlock Holmes sequel!

According to a source for Entertainment Weekly, this is all due to a scheduling conflict. Though the sequel hasn't yet been greenlit by Warner Bros., it's being fast tracked and it looks like Robert would rather hop on that train, especially as the box office earnings for Sherlock are nearing the $300 million mark.

Warner Bros. commissioned a script for Sherlock in September and shooting is expected to start in June, which is when Cowboys & Aliens is set to begin principal photography. Cowboys producers aren't going to wait for RDJ, as they are currently looking to fill the role of protagonist Zeke Jackson.

And it's a face off between Adam Lambert and Lady Gaga in the category for Outstanding Music Artist!

So who had the better album - Gaga's The Fame Monster or Lambert's For Your Entertainment? Or is it more about what they represent to their fans and the public?

The films nominated include Precious, I Love You, Man and A Single Man, and in the TV categories, Modern Family and Glee face off, as does True Blood with Mad Men!

Last night Michael Lohan and Jon Gosselin's ex-girlfriend Kate Major went ice skating at the Rockerfeller Center in New York City, and while the two told X17online that they were just friends, it sure looks like there's something more going on here!

Michael and Kate chatted about their "relationship," getting tattoos together and even Michael's upcoming boxing match, where he hopes to knock Jon Gosselin out in the first round. Hmm, think that's possible?

Rihanna graces the cover of the February issue of W Magazine, and even though I wish she'd change her hair color, she still looks absolutely amazing in these shots. Rihanna chats with the publication about her new album, Chris Brown and her image, and even though she's received criticism for waiting too long to speak out, she does make for an interesting read.

So what made her decide to finally come forward and talk about her horrific beating, which occurred nearly a year ago? “Not talking was a big thing for me," she says. "I’m glad I didn’t talk to people, because I was able to deal with things in my own way, without saying the wrong things or giving people the wrong impression.”

On her album being like therapy for her, Rihanna says, “It was really personal; it was from me in the most authentic way. It’s like a movie, in that when I was making this album, every day I was in a different mood. Sometimes I was pissed off, sometimes I was miserable, and every song brings out a different story.” Rihanna continues, “I started to go crazy after about a month in the house, so I went back to work, and the mic was my therapist. With the mic, there were no negative comments, no negative energy.”

Though Rihanna is trying to push the negative energy out of her life, she is able to reflect on her relationship with Chris Brown with a renewed sense of clarity. “There were control issues, insecurity,” she says. “When people are insecure they become very controlling and they can get very aggressive and in turn abusive. It doesn’t have to be physical. Like they would say bad stuff to you to make you feel lesser than them just so they would have control in the relationship. It takes a big toll on your emotions and on your everyday life. It changes you.”

There's a report on In Touch claiming Yankee man Alex Rodriguez has not only taken up with 25-year-old Elaine Spottswood, a design consultant, so soon after splitting with actress Kate Hudson... he was already seeing her while he was dating Kate!

Says an insider: "Elaine and Alex have been romantic for a few months, since before he and Kate ended their relationship. Kate is devastated and feels stupid. She thought that she and Alex were moving toward marriage. She never would have imagined he would cheat on her."

Apparently, he was also sexting Elaine while he was with Kate!

What does Elaine have to say? "It’s only recently that we’ve reconnected, about a month or so ago." Hmm...
