Random! It's only been a year.

Josh Duhamel surprised his wife Fergie this week by whisking her away to a luxury resort in Santa Barbara to renew their vows, reports Us.

The two flew a private helicopter to the Bacara Resort & Spa and later had a 15-minute ceremony on a bluff overlooking the ocean. So romantic!

"It was a total surprise for Fergie," a source says. Also, she was "crying and very emotional" during the ceremony.

The couple's official one-year anniversary is today, January 10th.

Maybe there's hope for these two yet? Or did Josh just do this to make up for that whole cheating scandal that happened late last year?

Well obvs he does - his new baby Vida brings him a new beautiful life! Matthew McConaughey is lucky and he knows it!

Last night at the Hotel Cafe in Hollywood, Lindsay Lohan's assistant, driving a BMW 650, smashed into a photographer as he pulled away from the curb.

The small music venue was packed with the likes of Lindsay and Adam Lambert celebrating the club's one-year anniversary with a performance by Chris Joyner and others.

The paps were crazed, trying to get shots of Lindsay as she seemed to be courting Mr. Lambert as her next BFF (now that Patrick's OUT!).

And when Linds jumped in her waiting car and her driver pealed out, there was, unfortunately, some collateral damage. Well-known photographer Koko was thrown to the ground when Lindsay's car made contact with his body and he injured his hand and wrist.

The EMT were called and Koko was treated on the scene. The driver didn't stop, didn't turn around, but hit-and-ran. It is believed the photographer filed a police report with the LAPD West Traffic Division who were called to the scene.

BBC has released a preview trailer for their documentary, Lindsay Lohan In India, which details the actress' visit to the country where she, er, "investigated" human trafficking...

Granted, I'm proud of Linds for trying to use her celebrity for a good cause! But this is just too random. All I can think about is how old her face looks and how hoarse her voice sounds. Boo!

Before she waited and wished for the photogs to leave so she could go out partying, Miley Cyrus went to a book store with a pal.

Awww, how wholesome! Is this just part of the "image" thing she can't wait to shake or is Miley an avid reader?

Regardless, I hope she picked up a book on how to survive child stardom!
