Ahhh, Lindsay! So good to share the island with you at the New Year!

When I spotted Linds yesterday in the port town of Gustavia, she arrived in a whirlwind of hangers-on, breezed into Calypso and Roberto Cavalli and sat down for a quick drink and a smoke with "friends."



The poor girl's staying on a luxurious yacht but endured a almost-maelstrom the first 24 hours she was here. But the weather has calmed and she's chilling on board right now, probably nursing her New Year's hangover :)

Oh, and did you see in the pix that Ali's here too? She ducked for cover when we tried to get a shot. Girl, you've said a million times you wanna be famous like your big sis -- give it up, already!

I hope the girls had a rockin' New Year's Eve last night at Nikki Beach -- Happy Near Year, Lohan girls!

You cant' get it right all the time ...

One of our photographers (who obviously doesn't Tivo every single episode of The Hills like I do) mistook the beautiful Brittny Gastineau for Audrina Patridge the other day at The Grove.

I mean, they both have dark hair? ... Roll tape ...

Yesterday we caught Angelina Jolie doing even more re-shoots for Salt in NYC, and not only did the Oscar winner flash a brief smile, but she also showed off a bloody hand a little later in the evening. I'm sure she was on her way to clean it up, right?



Talk about a long workday...but she seems like such a good sport about it!

Jennifer Garner and her mom Patricia went shopping in Century City yesterday, and we can't think of a better way to spend some quality mother/daughter time together!

I also can't believe how much Jen resembles her mom! I'm not saying the ladies look like carbon copies of each other, but look at the features on Jen's face, and then look at her mom's - we'd recognize that pout anywhere!

Yesterday we spotted Jennifer Meyer and baby Otis running errands in Beverly Hills, and we can't get over absolutely adorable he is! Seriously, Ruby Sweetheart's little brother could totes be the face of Baby Gap!

Los Angeles prosecutors decided not to file charges against Mike Tyson after he allegedly punched a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport last month.

"After a full and thorough review, we've decided not to file charges against either party due to insufficient evidence," L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said Thursday.

Tyson's attorney said the paparazzi photographer "aggressively approached" the heavyweight champ, "provoked and harassed" them and was coming so close to Mike and his wife and daughter that at one point he bumped the child's stroller.

The 50 year-old pap, Tony Echevarria, denied he was being aggressive, claiming he was being "respectful."

Hot damn! Lindsay Lohan is currently in St. Barth, but she didn't let the cloudy weather stop her from busting out a neon pink bikini earlier today! Lindsay tweeted a pic of herself elegantly posed on a pal's yacht, and even though she's not soaking up any sun, no worries, we're sure she packed a bunch of Sevin Nyne!

Anyway, an X17 reporter on the scene tells X17online:

"Lindsay was invited to stay on a friend's yacht but unfortunately for her, the weather in St. Barth was bad last night and so far today. In fact, the sea has been so choppy that as of Tuesday, all the boats were forced out of the Gustavia harbor and now have to anchor just outside. It's turned the glamourous port into a virtual ghost town! Everyone on yachts has to motor back and forth to the island on smaller motorboats and some of the boaters have given up and found villas to rent. Good luck to Lindsay on not getting sea sick!"

Lindsay's supposed to be at Russell Simmon's big NYE bash tonight, so it should be interesting to see what she tweets from there. You know she's going to be giving us minute by minute updates!

AT&T has canceled its contract with golfer Tiger Woods after the cheating scandal that broke just after Thanksgiving has tarnished his image.

The phone company hasn't used Woods' image extensively in advertising, but he did feature the AT&T logo on his golf bag. The deal has been described as a "multi-year" agreement signed earlier this year.

Tiger has hosted the AT&T National PGA Tour event since it started in 2007. The company didn't say whether they would continue to sponsor the summer event given Woods' indefinite break from pro golf.

Gilette and Accenture have already dropped Tiger as a spokesperson for their companies, while TAG Heuer stated recently the watchmaker would scale down the golfer's presence in their ads.
