W cover vs. pic Demi Tweeted which she claims is untouched

Demi Moore's attorney may be going after the photographer who claimed her W magazine cover had been Photoshopped but he isn't changing his story ...

Fashion photog Anthony Citrano said on his blog, of the apparent missing chunk of Moore's hip in the above photo:

"Did she have some sort of weird car accident that left a wedge of meat missing from it? The fabric even magically floats above the missing thigh."

Meanwhile, W mag's creative director and the photographers who shot the cover claim: "There was absolutely no retouching on her hips or waist or legs!"

Citrano got a letter from Demi's lawyer demanding a public apology but the photog snapped back, posting the legal notice on his website and replying:

"Ms. Moore's implication that her image went straight from camera to cover is incredible, whether she believes it or not. Simply put, this never happens.

I mean really, where do you see untouched pix outside of X17online.com?!

Yesterday we spotted Katie Holmes and a somewhat moody Suri Cruise shopping for flowers in Los Angeles, and it looks like the celebritot finally traded in the high heels for some age appropriate footwear. But it also looks like these goofy rain boots weren't her choice, as she was giving mom some major stinkeye during their adventure! Cheer up, buttercup!

Angelina Jolie gave German magazine Das Neue some insight into relationships in a recent interview:

"I doubt that fidelity is absolutely essential for a relationship. It's worse to leave your partner and talk badly about him afterwards. Neither Brad nor I have ever claimed that living together means to be chained together. We make sure that we never restrict each other."

So let's do our usual decoding of the Angelina-speak ... do she and Brad really have an "open" relationship or is she just trying to make us all think she's open-minded and not a controlling b*tch?

Speaking of controlling b*tch ... she told the mag about her fights with Brad:

"The sparks fly at home if the nice Brad fails to see that he's wrong and reacts in a defiant way. Then I can get so angry that I tear his shirt."

A mentally-disturbed woman attending midnight mass last night, attacked Pope Benedict XVI during the Christmas Eve ceremony last night. Susanna Maiolo, 25, an Italian-Swiss national, jumped over a barricade and grabbed the Pope's robe, pulling him to the ground before she was restrained by security guards. She was sent to a hospital for psychological treatment.

Maiolo attempted the same attack last year but was tackled by security before she reached the Pope.

When news of Tiger Woods' car accident first broke, it was reported that a fight over an extramarital affair started the whole fiasco. While wife Elin Nordegren had every right to be upset, no one EVER thought that one adulterous slip up would turn into double digit trysts with women ranging from homely cocktail waitresses to surgically enhanced porn hos!

As far as the public was concerned, Tiger was always the good boy - a Stanford grad with a beautiful wife, and he is undeniably the best golfer in the world. It was shocking and sad to see him fall so far from the pedestal we put him on, but hey...a cheater is a cheater, and when you embarrass your poor wife and kids like this, you deserve to be reprimanded!

So we've decided that Tiger Woods is the naughtiest star of 2009. Heck, he even makes Lilo look like an angel in comparison!

Around 2:45pm PST, family and close friends began arriving at the Church of the Hills at Forest Lawn Memorial Park for Brittany Murphy's private memorial service.

Murphy will be laid to rest in the Bright Eternity section of the site, and there are reports that there will be both a rabbi and a pastor at the funeral.

NYDN reports that the family is planning a larger memorial service after the first of the year that will include more friends and perhaps even fans.
