By shopping and hitting the clubs, natch!

Yesterday we spotted Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt shopping at Barneys and Dior in Beverly Hills, and the duo appeared to be squeezing in some last minute Christmas shopping. Either that, or they were spoiling each other rotten at the lux retailers! Aww, but you know Paris probably doesn't even care about the gifts...just look at her hunky bf...he's a pretty damn good stocking stuffer if you ask me!

Later in the evening we caught the lovebirds leaving Guys and Dolls:

The combination of holiday shopping and compliments from X17 photogs sure put Renee Zellweger in a good mood! We snapped the actress at Williams-Sonoma and several other stores in Bev Hills, and she looked thrilled to be wrapping up her holiday shopping. Wonder what she got Bradley, hmm?

Oh dear! First Paula and now possibly Simon?

Though Fox is close to sealing a deal for three more seasons of American Idol, it looks like they will proceed with or without Simon Cowell!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Fox's current contract with producers 19 Entertainment and FremantleMedia extends through the end of 2011, but Cowell's brother Tony announced Tuesday on his weekly podcast that Simon will leave Idol at the end of 2010! WTF?!

In addition to his brother spilling the beans, we've also been hearing buzz that Simon will quit the show after the upcoming season as he prepares to bring his hit UK music competition series X-Factor to the US. But can't he do both? I mean, Ellen and Ryan Seacrest will be juggling multiple gigs too, so why can't Simon?

But even if Simon does stay, the addition of another music competition program on Fox may result in fewer viewers watching Idol, so we're not sure what's going to happen!

Yesterday photogs caught a preggers Rebecca Gayheart shopping in West Hollywood, and even though she's getting to the point where there's going to be some waddling around in her daily activities, you can tell she's looking forward to mommyhood!

Sarah Jessica Parker isn't messing around when it comes to the NYC weather! We snapped the Sex And The City star returning home with some groceries yesterday, and she looked nice and toasty in this hooded parka.

Oh Tyra, didn't you have an episode of Top Model where you taught the girls how to graciously handle the paparazzi? I'm not loving the fact that you totally pulled a Leonardo DiCaprio move at Phillippe Chow last night! But at least you're giggling about it...

Yesterday we spotted Laetitia Hallyday going on a grocery run at Bristol Farms, and she looked thrilled to have her rock star husband Johnny back at home. As you know, Johnny was released from the hospital yesterday, after nearly dying from a botched back surgery.

Talk about a Christmas wish come true!

Aww, I bet little Max had a blast when mom Christina Aguilera took him to Pantages Theater yesterday for a show of How The Grinch Stole Christmas. You'd think after catching the play, Christina would be a little more into the holiday spirit...maybe she's still bummed about her fender bender the day before?
